Fantastic. Mark arrived on location even before me (and I consider myself early for everything). Mark was very thorough with the inspection and was very detailed when I asked questions. Mark welcomed questions and allowed me to watch him work and ask questions often. Follow up emails Mark responded very promptly and gave detailed remarks and suggestions then too. Absolutely will hire again and recommend to all.

Mark was extremely prompt and flexible with our meeting time. He looked over our entire home from basement to attic and provided us with an extremely detailed report with actual photographs and details of what was inspected. We are thankful for the meticulous inspection because we would have overlooked many of the issues without his help.

The inspector was professional and polite. He arrived on time and made sure to explain everything that he encountered that was a cause for concern. All questions were answered with deep knowledge. If buying another home in the future, i would definitely call again!

Mark did a fantastic job! He performed an extremely thorough home inspection and is a great guy to work with. He went above and beyond to look into a few concerning issues we had with the house and, because of his work, we were able to identify potential problems that would have otherwise been over looked.. He also turned around the report in timely fashion as we were under a tight deadline. I would absolutely recommend and use again!

I Agreed to meet Mark at the house at 8 a.m. For our home inspection. Upon arival, he was already there on the roof. He was extremely methodical and worth every cent he was paid.
