Mike has an excellent personality, making the whole transaction a very pleasant experience! He took great care to protect our driveway pavers by covering them with plywood runners! I highly recommend Capital ... and will definitely use them again for future projects!

The owner was very easy to deal with. He gives you one number which includes everything ( sales tax, fees, delivery and removal of dumpster, etc). Not like the other company that gave me a quote which would have fees for everything and eventually would have cost me 50% more than Capital Waste Recycling and also have less volume space available!!!

The driver who dropped off and picked up dumpster was very nice and very professional. Was able to book without delay. Explained my options very throughly. On time.

Best prices compared to any other company I called. They are reliable and show up when they are scheduled. Better than their competition. Their driver even cleaned up the area during pickup after a windy night that caused some things to blow around. Can’t beat that service and respect for their customer’s property! Highly recommended!

We rented a 20 CY roll-off container for a house clean out. They charged our card and dropped the container as requested. They did not pick up the container as scheduled. I called 3 different phone numbers over a 4 day period and never spoke to anyone. I left numerous messages with no luck. Itâ s been 7 days AFTER the scheduled pick up and still no contact. Bottom line the is no customer service whatsoever!

We hired them on March 12th to deliver a dumpster for a house clean out on April 1st. They were so quick to respond to our inquiry. However, we have been trying to reach them by phone, messenger, and email since then and NO ONE has responded. They did charge my credit card already. Even Home Advisor has tried to reach them and they haven't responded to them either. As of right now we have paid $550.00 and we feel like we were just robbed; it's like the company disappeared. Didn't even want to give them a half star but had no choice.

They delivered when they said they would, picked up when they said, even let me keep it a few extra days. Mike was awesome with his response time and couldn't be more helpful. Thanks for the great service.

I spoke with Mike at Capital Waste who was very helpful in coordinating delivery and pick up. He offered a good competitive rate and delivered the dumpster on time with dependable service.
