Northeast Fencing

I reached out on Wednesday evening, 1/17, via Angie's List to arrange an estimate. Luis returned my call the following day and we agreed to meet on Saturday, 1/21, morning at 10am to discuss the project. Friday evening, 1/20, at 9:07pm, Luis sends me a text that he needed to reschedule our appointment because he didn't finish a commercial job. We agree on Monday, 1/23, at 5:30pm. Once again, Luis sends a text to reschedule at 10:38am on Monday, 1/23, this time due to the rain. I invited him to come by my property earlier so we could talk through the project on the phone, but Luis claimed he was unable to do so. Then, at 11:03am Luis sends me a text that he just spoke to his boss and, after all this, the company does not service my town. I am incredibly disappointed by Northeast's punctuality - or, more specifically, lack thereof. I would urge anyone who is considering a project with Northeast to proceed with extreme caution.

Great- they were courteous and professional - and did the work as described . We had gotten a number of quotes and they came in best and they were thoroughly honest. In addition, they were ready to amend or adjust (such as for defects in the fencing wood) , which I think can occur routinely. I wish in fact they did other types of work.

I spoke to Luis at Northeast Fencing while quoting a job for my backyard. I eventually did not work with them to put in the fence but, his professionalism, responsiveness and courtesy throughout the process made enough of an impression on me to write this review. I can only assume based on my experience as a potential client that the quality of their work follows their work etiquette. I will definitely think of them the next time I have a project to tackle.

Great communication - always replied quickly to concerns and very accommodating of my busy schedule. Able to problem solve on the spot with any concerns. Price beat out 4 other estimates by greater than $200.00 even when the exact materials (fence brand) were being used.

We had a very good experience working with Northeast Fence. From the beginning, Luis was very professional. He was well informed, answered all our questions and worked with us on our various needs for this project. During the project, workers kept us informed on each step and answered questions. Very diligent in getting the project done on time--even when it rained! We are happy with the outcome. The fence looks great. We would certainly recommend them for any kind of fence work.

He did not show up to the appointment, but called a few hours later to let me know that he would not be arriving. I have not received any follow up.

We are very happy with the way the fence looks.

Our experience with Northeast Fencing was exceptional from the very beginning. We had several companies review our fencing needs and prepare estimates. We chose Northeast because it was very apparent that their representatives were knowledgable, professional and fair. They contracted to do the job and did exactly what they had promised. The workman were courteous, prompt and capable. In this day and age of no shows and shoddy service, Northeast proved to be the exact opposite. It was so refreshing to deal with owners who actually cared about superior service and workmanship.

Louis and Hector could not have been more professional or reliable. They did everything from securing the permit to checking and double checking what we wanted. They were on time or early for every appointment and pleasant to work with. On the day of, Hector called to address a small issue that had come up. We are 100% satisfied with their work and felt their prices were the most competitive. We wholeheartedly recommend Northeast Fencing.

I priced out a vinyl fence from several companies and Northeast Fencing came in with the lowest quote. The vinyl fence was installed in less than 2 days. Hector and Luis were pleasant, professional and made sure I was kept in the loop through the entire process. Their crew was courteous and the fence looks fantastic. My neighbor is already asking for their contact info.

The job went extremely well... Luis was great in taking measurements and offering a competitive price. Explained the warranty and installation procedures. Super fast turn around (1 week from when the town issued the permit) and got the job done in a day. Installation crew was polite and did a great job. Thank you!

Northeast fencing did a very professional and efficient job. The price quoted was reasonable; they came promptly and did the work quick;y and effectively. I am very pleased with the new fence they installed.and the entire job they did.

It went great. From the initial sales call to the project finish they were punctual and always kept me informed. The price was great. One regret I have was not paying the extra 100 dollars to have them take away old stockade fence. If I could go back I would. Great work and highly recommend

They were wonderful. Everything went well from the first phone call through the completion of the work. Luis was very patient with scheduling time for the onsite estimate and had great follow-up. They were able to schedule and complete the work within a short timeframe. Their quote came in right on the dollar and he matched the existing fence perfectly. Great communication, great workmanship and very professional. They even offered to take away my trash since I had just moved in and was a few days away from garbage collection. Very thoughtful. I would use them again and highly recommend.

Due to the hot weather, our expected installation date did get pushed back about a week. When trying to flip a date Luis neglected to call back but apologized and rectified the situation and was responsive about working around our schedules. The crew arrived by 9 am the first day and completed most of the job. They were back first thing the next morning and were done by 2 pm. One annoyance was that, since the job wasn't completed on the first day, panels were left on our lawn killing the grass beneath. This wasn't noticed until a few days after they had completed the job. We are patiently awaiting its recovery.

We installed a white vinyl privacy fence in the backyard and dealt primarily with Luis and secondarily with Hector, who were both phenomenal guys. As one would expect, price was a major factor in our decision to go with Northeast Fencing (about 5-10% lower than other quotes), but Luis was an absolute pleasure to work with. He was very easy to talk to, walked us through the entire quote in detail, and had near-immediate responses when we called or texted him. Even when we had to make changes to the original plan (e.g., changed the fence height on one side), it was absolutely no problem. With a copy of the property survey in hand, he also took care of the permit with the city. On the day of installation, Luis showed up early in the morning to ensure the rest of the team was very clear on the plan. Hector showed up both in the morning and afternoon to check on the installation. The team worked long hours in the hot sun and got the entire fence done in one day. A number of neighbors have commented on the beautiful fence and have requested quotes from Luis/Hector themselves. These are great guys, and I would absolutely do business with them again.

Luis came for the estimate and was prompt , courteous and very professional. He helped with ideas and suggestions. They gave us a 2 week timeframe for the job to start and delivered on time. Hector and Vladimir were also very accommodating and friendly. We gave a deposit to another company last year that never came to do the job and kept our deposit so we were a little apprehensive about giving a deposit to another company. They made us feel very comfortable. They did a GREAT JOB!!! Our fence looks beautiful!

They came very quickly for an estimate and provided the lowest bid of competing businesses. They gave us good recommendations on the few questions we asked. We actually booked them in the fall for a Spring of the next year installation. Despite the issues with unpredictable they always responded to our calls. We supplied the lot survey, then they managed the permit process with our town. The installers came and worked all day long into dusk. Because the light was low towards the end, they came back the next week to do some of the detail work and make the cement work look better.

I found Northeast Fence on Angie's List on the same day my husband asked a friend if he know any good fencing companies. Turns out our friend used Northeast Fence for his fnece job and spoke highly of Luis. From the minute Luis arrived and we started talking about our fence needs, I was sure this company was the one we would ultimately choose. We had 4 other estimates before making our final decision to go with Northeast. They delivered the fencing materials a few days prior to the work beginning (rain delay). Havier rang the bell to make sure that it was okay to leave the materials in the driveway. The crew arrived in the morning and got right to work. My husband did a walk through with them to go over exactly what we wanted. They worked quickly and had the 2 sides up by the end of the day - (we have a very large piece of property and they worked till 7pm to get it done. They cleaned up as they went along. They were professional and courteous. The following morning they were back and got to work removing the old fencing in the back of the property and installing the new one. They finished by early afternoon and proceeded to hose down my driveway and walk where they had tracked the mud from the back (couldn't be helped with all the rain from the days prior). They left the place clean and neat. Luis and Hector arrived just as they were finishing to see how the job was going. We couldn't have been more pleased and we told them how great the crew was. I am sorry that I can't remember their names but cudos to them!!! I would highly recommend them to anyone that asks.

The 2 workers arrived as scheduled, and removed all chain link fence surrounding the pool and backyard. Installed new vinyl fence all around in-ground pool and backyard. Also installed 2 self closing gates with lattice top. Job was completed in one day except for one gate which was completed the next morning. They cleaned up very well and left no mess at all. The whole job from the estimate to completion was awesome. We would recommend Northeast Fencing, as their work was performed with great care, great price and as promised. Everything went great from the estimate to the install. Luis showed up on time for the estimate and his crew showed up on time to do the install. They were very professional and did a nice neat install and cleaned up everything afterwards. I would not hesitate to hire them again in the future.

There’s not enough good things to say about how the professional services were handle from A to Z. Luis is the consummate pro when it comes to customer service and his team follows in his lead. The Illusion vinyl fencing used is one of the best in the business and the work performed match the quality of the fence.

I had contacted several companies to get quotes on a repair: including the original one that installed our fence. The first one was overpriced, the second one never showed up after multiple phone calls/texts/emails and finally we got the third time right with Northeast Fence. Louis contacted me right away, gave me an estimate and things were done very expeditiously and professionally. I would not hesitate to call them again for anything and I would highly recommend them!!
