I received a call they were on their way. They explained the work and pricing, were very careful of my home, fast, efficient, and informative. They had me look at the completed work before they rendered the bill. Shortly after they left, someone called to confirm the work was done and I was satisfied.
Description of Work: They steam cleaned rugs in three rooms and removed stains from one rug.
