They were able to come out the next day. I had some pet stains from a sick dog and they were able to get all stains out.

We didn't have any complaints. We would use them again.

They were very professional. They did a good job. There was some animal dirt and it was a hard job and it was really difficult. They did a large work.

Stanley Steemer franchisee in Edison New Jersey did a so-so job leaving marks (streaks) on the carpet which was dirt which was not picked up. Mainly however, one of the cleaners dropped and broke a $1,400 antique lamp! I have been struggling since to get them to pay for the loss or refer the matter to their insurance company. It took a week and a half for anyone at the franchisee to even come out to look at the damage. They then promised to have the franchise owner contact me which he never did. Stanley Steemer International in Dublin Ohio is not at all helpful. Their person responsible for customer relations is slow to return calls and everyone you reach on the telephone refuses to pass along direct contact information on the franchisee. Promises are made that the franchise owner will call me but never does and that the franchise referred the matter to their insurance company, however no insurance company has ever contacted me. I have attempted to contact the CEO of Stanley Steemer International, also without any success. One of the finest examples of corporate sandbagging I have ever had the misfortune to experience. Everyone at Stanley Steemer International is obsessed with protecting the franchisees and refuses to give out any contact information on the local franchisee who did the work and the damage. If this issue is not addressed within the next few days, my next step is to Somerset County small claims court. Avoid these people at all costs! They are absolutely the drop-dead worst.

They went to the wrong house, but other than that, they do good work. It?s a big company and everybody knows who they are. They are expensive, but they are good. I have two houses and they clean the carpets at two different houses. They get there. They are good and they take out the spots as well. They charged me between $200 and $300 for the last service. Their price is okay. I am not going to complain even though they are expensive because my carpets look pretty good. The only thing they couldn?t get out was when somebody smoked and made a hole in the carpet, but they cleaned it well. The quality of their work and their responsiveness were both good. They have been on time except for once. I would use their services in the future too.

They do a pretty decent job but the price always ends up being more than I expect. Usually two guys come. They keep their appointments and they confirm when they are coming. Once they get there they usually try to sell you extra services that you may or may not want; that is a bit of a turn off for me. I'll continue using them until I can find someone who does it at a cheaper rate.

They were fine. They stood behind their work after they were done with the cleaning of my carpet that was a bit wavy from the dampness. They guaranteed that they would come down and correct it but they did not have to as it was fine when it dried. However, they were there, ready to come in and do whatever had to be done. I chose them as they were highly rated by a lot of people. I would also rate them very highly. They were very high priced though.

Came on time.. took less then 1 hour.. the stairwell was terrible but they got it cleaned.

They did what we needed, but manage to upsell my husband on some items that I feel we didn't need.

Called 800 number and booked carpet cleaning in basement of house I was moving into. Very easy to schedule an appointment and crew showed up on time. They quickly went to work and were very professional, job completed as expected, very satisfied.

They wore booties into the house and were very efficient and done in a surprisingly short time.

As usual, carpets came out looking better than with any other cleaners we have used. The individuals who did the work were punctual and very pleasant to have around.

They worked on many rooms. They were excellent. I would definitely use them again and I have recommended them to others.

They have not been able to work entirely on it because the ground had not been cleaned for a long time. They have spent a lot of time doing that. I asked them to do 2 bathrooms. The additional cost of that would be $50 each. One of the bathrooms is small but I had them here and I wanted it done. They were not quite professional. They spilt some water on the wall. It dried off. They did a good job.

I am quite happy with their work. They were punctual and professional.

We were very pleased with the service. We received an appointment the day after we contacted them. They were prompt and courteous. The manager came by to inspect the work and check our satisfaction. They also called the next day.

Overall they did a great job. The basement carpet took longer than expected to dry. The cleaning looks good.

I chose to use this company because I heard they move your furniture for you. I am too old to lift things now on my own so that is why I thought they would be a good choice for me. I do not think they charged me any extra money either for moving my furniture. I thought they were mannerly on the phone. I hope my cat does not have any more major problems but if she does, I will call them back again.

I did think the punctuality and friendliness of this company was great. I had no problems with that. I do think that the next time I hire a carpet cleaning company though I will get some kind of a specialist. I just did not feel like my carpets were exceptionally clean and so I may go for a company that does a bit more detail next time. Other than that, as far as they went in terms of respectfulness in my home and things like that, they were fine.

I have a select group of cleaners I like at Stanley. I can call and request them and they come right out to me. I like that. They do great work and I love the one team that I request to use. I am totally pleased with them.

I couldnt believe what a good job Stanley Steamer did. I figured they might be able to lighten the spots from my cat. I didnt really think they would completely get rid of them though. I was really impressed. They do offer good specials but they are usually for three rooms. I only have two carpeted rooms so I just wish they would offer better specials for people who do not have carpeting in that many rooms. Otherwise, I was completely content and I had a real positive experience using Stanley Steamer.

Stanley Steamer did a really good job on my carpets. The work was done professionally and in a timely manner. The customer service was impressive. They followed up with me to make sure I was totally satisfied. Some times with a company that is so big you wonder if you would get good service. But not this time!

I was really happy they were able to remove the stains. They came out quickly even though they were late for the appointment. The price was not the cheapest but they were worth it in the end.

I contacted Stanley Steemer two weeks ago to book them to clean all of the carpets in my home. They were scheduled to come to my home today (5-11-07) at between 8:00am and 9:00am. At shortly after 8:00am the company called to tell me they were on their way. At about 8:40am, the crew arrived. They quickly assessed the work to be done, brought their equipment into the house and got started. They completed the work in about two hours. The carpets look much better and they were able to remove a few stains that I identified for them.

They called the day before to confirm the appt. They called before they arrived. They did any excellent job on my rugs and they were polite. They asked me, if I was satisfied, I said there were areas I wanted them to do again and they did.
