They seemed to do a very good job but they left an area they should have cleaned but they did not. We only discovered it after the furniture was moved out.

They were very good. Their professionalism and quality of work was very good. Everything was good and I feel happy. Their punctuality and their communication throughout the process was very good. I did not have any problems and they were quick.

They came out and cleaned three rooms, and there were a lot of steps. They do a very good job. They're very efficient and get the job done. They just really do a great job overall. I would not use anyone else.

I have used them before, there must be someone who had taken over. They were young, new beginners I guess. I don't know if they are new to the franchise or not, but they were okay. Their job was good, but not thorough. The guys we had before, they were down scraping and fluffing and hitting all the seams and the boarders around the edges. They do clean and deep cleaning and these guys just came in just kind of vacuumed it up and that was it.

They showed up on time and worked for 8 hours on the job.

They are pretty good; I have been using them for about 10 years now. Their prices vary, it can go from 100 bucks to 300 bucks depending on how many rooms you do. They are courteous and do a nice job. They are in and out pretty quick. They were great.

I thought that they were overpriced and I was not satisfied with their timing and the way they cleaned the carpets. I have a friend who has a carpet cleaning business and he spent half a day cleaning up the carpets in my house and Stanley Steamers were done in about half an hour.

They are quick and efficient. They are knowledgable and provide reasonable pricing. They are convenient and are able to get out to your house within a week or two.

I think they were reasonable, they are prompt and certainly did a nice job. I will use them again in the future.

They did a good job. They moved furniture without complaining, and the carpet was clean. It didn't take a long time for the carpet to dry. They were cheaper than a lot of the larger carpet cleaning companies, and we would use Stanley Steamer again.

Everything went well and I'm happy with them. They go over it again if I tell them to. If they miss a spot and I call them they come out right away with no additional fee. I find them very satisfactory.

They came on time and they were pretty quick. They couldn't remove all the stains but that was because some of the stains were fairly old. Overall, I was satisfied with the service.

I would definitely recommend them. They came out when they were supposed to, they did a great job, and the carpets came out great. I will certainly be using them again in the future.

They are still great. I wasn't there when they did the work but I set everything up. The woman on the phone was very thorough and she explained what they couldn't do. I will absolutely use them again in the future.

They did a good job. Their up sell process is absurd. Their prices were good. They made obsessive nd repeated phone calls following the appointment trying to sell other services.

Overall they did a good job with the exception of 2 things. One is the Prespot cleaning was a joke. They run around the room spraying something out of a bottle that could be water for all I know. Within minutes they begin shampooing when did they Prespot cleaner ever get a chance to work. 2 nd. One of the 2men stole something off the mantle. With 2of them they were always in different rooms at the same time. They were always on different floors at the same time. I would never allow that again they will have to be where I can keep an eye on both of them at the same time. I think a company like this should always do a follow up survey within days to check up on the workers.

We hadn't got the carpets cleaned since we bought the house and they look great now. They were very professional. They came and told us exactly what they were going to do, how long it would take, and how much it would be. They were really quick too, and I think it was about an hour and a half from start to finish. They explained every step of the way, and if they found a problem area, they told us what they could do to solve that, and whether or not that would carry an extra charge. We did end up getting a few extra services on top of what we had initially anticipated but we were fine with that because they gave good explanations on why that was beneficial. The price included coupons and it was pretty fair.

I have an older cat who sometimes has accidents, and they did excellent job for this type of situation.

They did a nice job. They got the spots out. They were very professional; they were very responsive; and they came out when they were supposed to. They normally charge based on the square footage of the carpets. I had chosen them because they are very well known. I was confident that they would do the job. Their price was fine. I have bought a carpet cleaning machine now and I do the cleaning myself. I would use them again if required.

The experience was very positive and I used them because my neighbors are using them. They were excellent; there were no problems, they did a good job and left. I will use them again in the future.

Stanley Steamer-Carpet Cleaning Stanley Steamer, was good, but very expensive. They were very professional, lots of ups and extras which I couldn't decline. These guys were the best of all the ones around here. Carpets came out very nice even the ones with stains.

They were very good. They were punctual. They were very thorough and very fast. The only thing was that there was a big discrepancy between the quote and the actual price. I needed them to do it once they were there so I went ahead but the quote given on the phone was way off. That was a bit of a shock. The pricing and the quoting was not good. You get a quote over the phone and then the guy comes in and says that they always do this and quote too low. I mean, it is sort of like a gimmick when even their own guy was saying that.

Not a lot of people have their hardwood floors steemed but I saw Stanley Steemer on Angie's List and their reviews for hardwood floors were great. They did a fantastic job. A machine broke during the process and instead of rescheduling they were able to get a machine from another crew and were back within an hour. They were very polite and cordial. I was reassured before booking the appointment that they would be able to do the hardwood floors because most places will not. When they arrived, I asked them to do a small test area on the wood and it turned out great. I couldn't be more happy with the results.

Stanley Steemer did a decent job with our service. I was less than impressed with the work on the tiles, I thought it might have been a deeper clean. The guys who did the work were polite, responsive and willing to go over some of the areas a few more times for better results. They definitely offered more services at additional costs and we took them up on the upholstery cleaning which they did a great job on. Our five year old couch looks as good as new! They also did a good job on our carpet getting out stains that must have been there for years. I think I expected them to be miracle workers, but all in all, they did a nice job and I would hire them again.
