Very professional,

We've hired plenty of contractors for various projects, and they are the best we have ever dealt with. We hired them to do a full Owens Corning asphalt shingle roof replacement. They provided by far the best price, and they were able to install the roof in one day within a week or so of signing the contract. They clearly take great pride in the work they do, and ensure that every component of the roofing system is top-of-the-line and installed properly. They even took the time to explain everything that they were doing. They also stand behind their work 100%. A few weeks after they installed our new roof, we noticed a wet spot on our ceiling, which turned out to be caused by a leak in a pipe. Seci came out within a few hours of calling them and located the problem (after spending an hour crawling around our attic to locate the problem in the first place). We've now had our roof for a few months, with absolutely no problems. Not to mention that it looks incredible!

Seci Construction did an excellent job replacing our roof. The crew was very hard working and professional. Customer service was superb. The owner, Akil Seci, was immediately available to address any concerns that I had. I had a concern about replacing all of the plywood, which was recommended by the crew foreman, Eddie. Our house was built in 1974, and the plywood was 3/8 inch. After some deliberation, I decided to go with the recommendation for 5/8 inch plywood. This is Seci's standard for plywood replacement, which added significant more cost to the project than 1/2 inch plywood, which is what other contractors would have used. The project was projected to be completed in one day, but it ultimately took 3 days. This was due to the plywood replacement. The clean up of our property was excellent. One downside is that the dumpster remained in front of our house for nearly 5 days after the project was completed. Completion of project was on a Wednesday, and the dumpster was not removed until the following Monday.

A very honest and detail oriented company. We had some questions on the day the job was done and it took a little bit to make sure everything was as we felt it should be. Achilles, the owner of SECI Construction worked with us in person to make sure that all of our concerns were addressed and that we could feel comfortable with the quality of work we received. SECI has proven that, even if there are some questions or concerns, they will make sure that everything is done to the home owner's satisfaction. To them it's a matter of pride. That's a rare thing to find these days. Thanks for making sure we got the service that we needed. :-)

Very good response for estimate and scheduling work. Came on the date stated and finished on time. A little on the high side for an estimate but explained project and materials better than other contractors. I'll use them again when needed

Extremely Professional. They replaced our old roof and gutters and fixed our chimney. They even fixed our loose top step while they were there. They showed up when they said they would and did the job on time and at the price quoted. Prices were reasonably.

SECI put a new roof and chimney on my 3600 sq. ft. roof. The entire roof was redone from top to bottom. All sheathing, fascia, soffit, felt, shingles and ancillary were replaced. A new chimney was installed, too. The job was done in about 5 days. The estimate was accurate outside of the sheathing which is very tough to gauge until previous shingles are ripped up. We had to replace all sheathing which cost an additional 7k. Again, you don't know it needs to be done until the singles are up. SECI does give 3 or 4 sheets of sheathing free of charge and then the price per sheet thereafter falls right around 90-100 dollars. The crew on site communicated well as I made many on site visits and watched fairly closely. They explained what and why things were being done. I may have been a bit of a pain, but a 35K job warrants a little watching. Don't hesitate to get on them. They handled it well though. My chimney was not part of the estimate, but they recommended I get it done once they were up on the roof. They gave me a very fair price and accommodated my requests to make adjustments after the fact. I was satisfied with the work they did. Again, it is tough to gauge until the storms and winters come, but so far, so good. I have recommended them to friends. -Conor

They explained their service patiently and politely, they came to fix the leaked roof as they mentioned. Even though I did not get a chance to check the quality of repair due to dry weather, I still felt comfortable with their work and 1 year warranty.

The salesman Sadri was pleasant, knowledgeable and willing to work with our challenges. The foreman and crew were very communicative throughout the day, advising of progress and and very clearly showed where we needed decking replacement. At the end of the day, they even allowed for a cosmetic change after they'd done such a wonderful cleanup job. Very professional, and will consider them for future work. Great job guys!

The crew and foreman were very professional and prepared for the additional work that was revealed as the project evolved. I could sense their pride in a job well done and felt confident that they were doing their best for me. They were very considerate and responsive to my concerns. Clean up was great also. They replaced entire roof in one day. As problems became apparent, they had additional supplies and labor brought in. End result is I would recommend SECI to anyone considering a roof installer.
