Job was fairly priced and work was done as explained and as expected. Workers were very professional and knew very well what they were doing. It's been close to a year now that the roof was installed and not a single issue and we hope it stays like that for many many years... I really have nothing negative to say. We are very satisfied with our new roof and new seamless gutters. Roof was done in 1 day and the gutters the following day in just a few hours. Clean up was great too. Competitive pricing upfront for re-roof. All of the contractors I talked to though could have been more clear about the amount of plywood they would have to replace potentially and the potential cost. Did not get that cost until the roof was already being ripped off. Ran the magnet for cleaning up nails, but didn't do the best job. Found a handful still on my back deck.

Hired SECI to re-roof due to damage from leak. Price was very competitive, it even included township permits. Crew did a great job, completed project in 2 consecutive days. Cleaned up all debris, ran magnet to pick up any nails from yard. Happy with the final outcome!!! They tout Owen Corning shingle are better than GAF Timberline that I had before. Hoping these shingles and workmanship have fixed my leak issue ( fingers crossed :-) , only time will tell). Will update review in about 6 months. There were few broken promises/roadblocks during the project but all sorted out amicably at the end.
