As a former contractor in masonry, I needed a partial roof on my home (5) five squares, As per contract, done within (7) days. Polite, friendly, courteous service. Tore up 2nd roof, took out two skylights, put new wood in and matched GAF Shakewood roof shingles exactly. It hasn’t rained yet, so I can’t say it was a perfect job until after it rains and we know it doesn’t leak. But overall as for now, we are happy.

Fast, clean... I didn t like I was charged more for additional play woods were needed. That should be part of the estimate process. The guy who come s for the estimate should go to ten attic and see what is the status of the existent sheets and at least give a heads up about what may occur. Other than this great job

Very satisfied with Seci from start to finish. Hank came to measure and do a full and detailed presentation on what the new roof would entail. They are platinum installers for Owens Corning - which means they receive extra training for the latest materials in the business. Unfortunately , because of the fickleness of weather they couldn’t come as quickly as hoped. However , once they came they were amazing. I had 7 men ripping off my two layer roof and garage roof - and they looked like Santa’s helpers. The dumpster filled and materials were stacked all over the lawn and they never stopped working. The project manager stopped by several times a day and got on the roof to monitor progress. By the end of the second day the job was done. They didn’t leave until 7 pm and after blowing clean my deck and lawn. It was spotless. Awesome job well done.

From the estimator to each and every worker, they were polite and very professional. They arrived on time and had everything set up and ready to start work within 20 minutes. The quality of the material they used was excellent which is why we chose them. My husband has been in the mechanical business for over 48 years and said the workers were the best he’s seen in quite a while. They were meticulous and had everything cleaned up with nothing left behind. They completed our roof in one day. We highly recommended this contractor and will definitely higher them again.

We checked out 4 different roofers but chose SECI based on their sales guy Sadri. He was very professional, friendly and likeable and explained all they would do and answered all questions. They were higher than the others but considering there were 3 layers of shingles to be ripped off and total replacement of existing plywood (due to mold) it was a good deal. The crew was excellent and even respected our request to start at 8:30 (for our development's quiet time) though they were there earlier. Everything went smoothly and was completed in one day. We now have a brand new 50 yr. roof. The only hitch was a couple crimps in the garage gutter which occurred during the job and Sadri promised to replace it, which he did. Job date: 10/25/18-10/30/18 Location: Bernardsville, NJ. We agonized and delayed the selection of a roofer for months. We finally decided that the roof had to be addressed. We looked on the home repair websites and were approached several roofers. SECI seemed like a good company and the price was reasonable. I feel really lucky that we choose them. Achilles and his team started the job and discovered that under our asphalt shingles was a 75 year old cedar shake roof. Seems it’s not that uncommon. You can’t put a new roof on top of a wooden shingle roof. Needless to say that meant a lot of extra work and materials. SECI kept the price reasonable (and completed the job despite a big storm in the middle of the job (they insured the house was covered during the storm). I carefully watched their work all during the job. These guys are truly pros and really strive for a perfect job. The job foreman inspects every part of the process to insure it is done properly. I’ve never seen a harder working crew. The cleanup was great and the next crew that did the gutters really did a great job too. I can’t recommend SECI enough. Needless to say this is a real review and I’m proud to write a good review (and I usually don’t bother to review stuff anymore). Every time it look at my roof I smile and I’m glad we choose SECI.

Good job fixing the problem. Only problem is they dumped job site debris in my woods.

Discrepancies between the salesman and owner. Owner was present during the roof replacement. Most of the quality appeared very good. Fascia on one side of the house was not fixed as salesman aid it would be. Owner denied that it needed to be changed. Offered to change it if home inspector recommends it. Have not had inspection yet so we will see. Over all good company.

They cleaned up around the house very well after completing the work. They had a large crew out and took care of replacing the roof in two day. They communicated with me throughout the entire project.

Had a leak in our kitchen had Seci come out and give us a quote Very reasonable. They said it would be about a week or more before they come out and do the roof. That night we had some rain roof was leaking made a phone call to see if they could come out and put a tarp on the roof until they start the job. The owner came right out and said don’t worry this roof needs to be replaced right away and i will have my guys at your house first thing in the morning. The guys did a great job on our roof and it looks amazing. Highly recommend Seci

Initial price of installation was about $6K less than another roofing contractor less than 2 miles from my home. Ended up paying more than the initial price due to unexpected damaged wood under shingles, but that would have cost me more regardless of what contractor I used. These people are highly skilled installers and used 6 nails per shingle instead of the usual 4 or 5. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to install a high quality roof. These guys even cleaned up and removed piles of weeds that I had pulled and had not gotten around to disposing of. Can't say enough about them. If you want a roof put on and you want it done right...hire SECI CONSTRUCTION!

After using the Home Advisor app, I was contacted by Hank from Seci Construction. He gave me important information about roofing and made me feel very comfortable that I set up an appointment for an estimate. The estimate was approximately 7,000 less than I was quoted from another company in the past. This also included better materials as well as a 50 year parts and labor warranty that no other company would be able to offer. Since my roof was in such bad shape they scheduled my job to start that following week, putting me ahead of other jobs. They offer financing for the work and not only have competitive rates to banks, They even gave me the promotion of interest free financing for 12 months. This promotion wasn’t original in effect, but Hank got it approved. When the crew came that next week, they were wonderful. The replaced the entire roof in one day. They cleaned the area really well, and were very respectful. The next day they came back and replaced the gutters and again cleaned the area and made sure everything was picked up from my lawn and my neighbors lawns. They did a great job and are honest and affordable!
