QUALITY VAN LINES INC

I needed to move within a week and a half and Quality was one of the few companies that was willing to move me in such short notice. Their estimate was based on an online list of what I have and they underestimated by 50%. Three men came in and packed up and moved my one bedroom apartment in about four hours. They packed it very well and nothing came out broken. They stored my stuff for about for about three months and didn't charge any extra for the storage. Once I had an address in Chicago they moved everything in. They delivered everything, putting the furniture where I wanted. The problem was that multiple items were missing. They seemed to not have any way of tracking what they packed up and delivered so that they could immediately see if they were missing something. I didn't realize what was missing until they left and I started unpacking all the boxes. I notified them of the items that were missing, they said that they would look for them but never called back. After calling them again they said that my stuff was lost, and that I should fill out a form to get a partial reimbursement.
