Great service!! Efficient, professional, courteous. Clean up is unbelievable! I have extensive landscaping and nothing was damaged. The installation crew was amazing! The time was taken to explain to us every step of the process and what we should expect. To sum it up, as my husband keeps saying, Landstar construction is the best!! We are beyond thrilled with our new roof and the service given.

The Landstar Construction team did a great job replacing my roof and five skylights. Arber was my point of contact for project planning and sales. Arber was easy to speak with and explained all of the steps and components clearly so there were no surprises or concerns about what I was getting out of my investment. Denny was my roofing specialist who oversaw the roof replacement. Denny and the roofing team were all highly skilled and very professional. They were extremely thorough in cleaning up afterward and a pleasure to work with all around. I would easily choose Landstar again for a project like this. Their prices are a little above average but the quality of work, quality of materials, and warranty you are getting out of it are easily worth the cost. Plus all of the employees are top-notch. After discovering a leak in my roof, Landstar came out that day, assessed the damage and fixed in a timely fashion. Very satisfied with the quality and professionalism.

Finally found good construction company .Professional and honest from the quote to the cleanup. The quote was reasonable price, spelled everything out, and had no hidden costs. The guys who did the job were very hard workers, professionals,did a really good job, found and fixed the problems the previous company had caused, went the extra mile with a few requests, and even charmed the neighbors whose driveway we had to use for a couple days. Can't say enough good stuff about Landstar Construction after having had so many years not finding anybody good. The first time they came to do a quote they even offered to go up and fix some bad shingles on the spot for a small fee, which was great. Highly Recommended!

I hire Landstar Construction, LLC to fix a leak in the roof but it was not done properly, He did not do due diligence to identify where the leak was coming from till the second time he come back for the second time He is blaming me for not using the correct verbiage when I submitted the Service request. He is stated that I should have submitted a request for a roof inspection instead of a Roof Repair. If that was the case then he should have told me about ir before he agreed to do the job.

Our top chase cover was 30+ years old and rusting terribly. Call Landstar and they came out looked the job over and ordered a new cover and got the job done quicky and professionally. Would recommend this company anytime to anyone. Price will differ per job but this was done reasonably and well worth the cost.

We have used Landstar construction a few times for shingle repairs and they always did good work and cleaned up the job site when they were done. When we finally needed the roof replaced they provided a reasonable quote and did the work promptly. I think they are the best around for residential roofing.

Landstar guys did an absolutely amazing job! We had few quotes from different roofing contractors and they were by far the best quality for the best price. They communicated well with me throughout the entire process and got it knocked out in a single day. Iâ d highly recommend them to anyone!

Landstar Construction did an amazing job on the roof! Very professional and knowledgeable .Arber came to take a look at our roof and we discuss what needed to be fixed. Arber and his team came, fixed the roof and cleaned up, its like they were never here except for the brand new roof. I did look into other companies but none of them had the same trust as Landstar did. Other companies did not believe me when I told them how bad our roof was. Landstar was my last hope and we were really happy we made the right choice.

Our family has had four roofs done by Landstar construction ,Each time the roofs were inspected beforehand so we knew exactly what work was needed. Arber was very thorough and made sure we completely understood each job. Communication was great, work done by the crews excellent, never any mess left, first quality materials and workmanship. The workers arrived on time and worked hard. Cleaned up after themselves . The roof and gutters are beautiful. Arber was my fourth call to a roofing company to address a moisture problem in my attic. The previous three roofers admitted that they honestly had no idea what could be causing the condensation. Arber,however, was able to diagnose my problem over the phone. He then took time after his daily appointments to come over and show me that my problem was not from faulty roofing but from a poorly connected vent from my washroom. It's rare you get to watch a true expert work in real time, but within fifteen minutes, he had the problem diagnosed, showed me where the vent wasn't venting, shut off the fan, What he did earn, however, is my loyalty in the future and this review. I highly recommend you call Landstar anytime you have a roofing issue. He is the standard for quality and expertise by which everyone else should be measured.

I had my entire house and garage resided and all the gutters and downspouts replaced. I don't usually do reviews, but Landstar Really deserves an excellent rating. There was not one thing that I had to ask for twice. Everything was done timely and accurately from the beginning. Arber was the main guy He was knowledgeable, helpful and included in the contract everything I was looking for. He also educated me on some things that were available to me that I was unaware of. Landstar was thorough and professional. Answered my phone calls and followed thru on everything about the job. The crew was kind, courteous and very good at their jobs! They arrived early every day. As a first time homeowner, roof replacement sounded like a scary process, but Landstar Construction made it a breeze. When I requested a quote, they responded very quickly to set up an appointment and Arber came out the next day. He was beyond thorough inspecting the house, checking the attic, and patient in answering all our questions and explaining how the process of roof replacement and gutters works. We felt very comfortable that we were choosing a reliable company to take care of such a big project. Arber kept us up to date during the entire process leading up to the big day and sent us progress pictures of the different layers of our roof being completed. From start to finish my experience with Landstar Construction was exceptional! The first person I spoke with was their customer service rep Ananda whom was friendly, professional, and really listened to what I was explaining as my issue. I had briefly mentioned it was my birthday (I would be home) the day they would be out to inspect the roof not expecting that would be thought of at all. Arber who came out to inspect the roof showed up at the time he said he would and greeted me at the door with a Happy Birthday and a little debbie which I mention here only because it was truly a personal touch and let me know that Amanda,Arber and Landstar Construction really cared about any prospective customer that was calling in to schedule something similar to what I had. Fantastic customer service all around! Arber also went above and beyond and explained the whole process clearly and concise leaving me with no questions after the initial inspection event. Arber was professional, personable and really took his time to make sure I was all set when he left. Benny and his crew that came out to do the installation were also top notch, friendly, professional, no nonsense guys that did a fantastic job on my house. Arber was attentive to any questions I had during the install process, was personable and easy to talk to in general. I never had a doubt the entire time that my house was in great hands with Arber and his crew. Moral of the story here is that from the first call to the last shingle you will be hard pressed to find a better company and representatives of that company than Landstar Construction If I could do it over again I would change nothing. Thank you for everything you guys did and I will be going through landstar construction for any of my roofing needs in the future.

Dear Landstar , Thank GOD for Arber & his team .. they took away our old roof & shingles , etc .. & put new roof , etc .. they were nice , courteous , efficient .. clean job .. must admit a little on the expensive side .. but they are worth it .. we like our pinkish red roof .. needed a new roof with this rainy weather .. Arber is young , handsome & acted very professional .. highly recommend his team to others .. GOD bless you ! ð   ð   ð   !

The staff was very courteous & polite. The men came to clean and repair our gutters. They made us aware that we needed to repair our chimney. They sent us pictures to show us how the chimney looked. They did a great job. The owner worked with us and offered a price within our budget which we really appreciated. We would definitely recommend them.

Landstar was great to work with. I called for a leaking skylight, unfortunately to find out it was a bigger issue where part of my roof needed to be replaced, and once opened up we saw that further insulation was needed as well. I was shown and told very clearly what was going on, what the issues were, what was suggested I do now vs could wait, pros and cons of each option, and the prices were very fair. I am super happy with the work done. They cleaned up well, made sure everything inside was ok and clean as well. I had to be away for part of the repair work and they kept me fully up to date with what was happening with pictures, texts and phone calls. Can already feel the insulation difference in that section of the house which is great! Look forward to working with them again soon for further repairs as needed.

During the last wind storm, a tree branch broke a hole in my roof. They arrived, repaired the problem, and left my home in better condition than when they arrived. I would definitely call them again.

Landstar Construction Roofing and Chimney Specialists installed new plywood on my roof and then applied new shingles. They worked efficiently, professionally, and in a timely manner. They were very accommodating and were able to meet my needs. The results look amazing! Highly recommend to friends and family.
