I hired the company in good faith but they were not honest and were un charming and disrespectful demanding me to pay almost double today.

Landstar Construction did a fantastic job working in our roof siding and then installing a high quality new roof in a very timely manner. Arber totally coordinated everything for us and he and his company went even above and beyond our expectations. We highly recommend Arber to anyone in need of having a new roof siding installed.!

Landstar construction showed up on time for my estimate. Arber was honest and said my roof was in good condition and no work needed to be done at this time. Skylight install turned out great! Not a job you want to trust to any Contractor . Arber was friendly, communicative and very professional. Dennis the foreman and his helper were polite and took extra care to keep the mess to a minimum. Will rely on for future roofing projects. Thank again!

We could not be more satisfied with Landstar ..From the time we met Arber who came and accessed our roof damage till our roof was all completed. They scheduled us in a very timely manner and showed up and had a very hard working crew that worked all day into the evening to finish the job. The clean up they did was amazing. We have been trying to find a nail or tack on our property and they left nothing. Amazing cleanup job!!! Very satisfied and so glad we chose Landstar . HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!

They did a high quality job for a fair and competitive price. When we needed a few tweaks to maximize drainage of our flat roof they were quick to get it re-pitched at no cost. My experience with Landstar was out of the ordinary. Usually contractors in my opinion tell you what you want or need to hear to close the sale and then itâ s the waiting game amongst other headaches. Landstar was transparent from start to finish and installed within few days after signing the contract. They cleaned up after a long day and came back the next morning to double check. Our experience with LANDSTAR was outstanding! The entire process was smooth and their attention to detail was impressive. When we we found a leak in a small section of our roof, LANDSTAR was our first call. Arber came out quickly to evaluate the issue, give us the options, and provide a quote. He explained multiple options, from full roof replacement to smaller repairs to address our issue. He provided the pros and cons of each option and never pressured us either way. I had multiple other contractors provide quotes as well and none was as detailed as Landstar. Arber earned our trust and ultimately won our business. We chose to proceed with a full replacement as our roof was almost 25 years old. Our project was scheduled quickly and the entire staff at Landstar was extremely hard working . Dennis and Arber were amazing and made sure we always knew exactly what was happening in the process. Arber was our dedicated point of contact for our project and was on site everyday and continued to inform us of what was happening and any decisions that needed to be made. We also cannot say enough about the overall attention to detail during the actual roof replacement. Our pool was recently installed and is in very close proximity to the back of our home. This was one of our biggest concerns and we discussed this with each contractor we contacted for estimates. Arber was confident they could handle it and they did not disappoint. The Landstar team exceeded our expectations and built a plywood wall on the pool deck to prevent materials from falling in the water. They additionally protected our pool decking with more plywood and tarps. The team additionally cleaned the site on a daily basis and you would have never known they were here once they left each day. The Landstar team was there every step of the way to make sure everything was going as planned. The workmanship of the roof replacement was additionally second to none. The entire roof looks amazing and has made the exterior of our home look even better and provided us the confidence that our home is protected for years to come. If you are in need to a roof repair or replacement, I cannot recommend Arber and the Landstar team enough. I wish all contractors were as organized and detailed as this company. Very professional, courteous, fast service. We only needed a service to reinforce gutters ,resecure siding , several soffits and fascia that were damaged by a storm that birds start to nests in but too high up for my diy comfort level. Other businesses we called find it too small of a job and others takes too long to respond, Landstar Construction was the only one that responded immediately to take on the job with the most reasonable price. Their guys came in within few days and was done in less than few hours ..They did a good job fixing it. Thank you so much Landstar Construction.!

We called Landstar Construction for a minor roof repair. They were on time for the appointment to give an estimate and pointed out chimney damage observed when inspecting the roof. We were given reasonable estimates to repair both. Unlike many other companies, there was no pressure to do either. Once we signed the contract, the work was completed within days. The chimney looks good and they put in guards to prevent further squirrel damage. They were professional, efficient and timely. We would definitely use them again.

I must say Landstar Construction is the BEST. I needed some repairs on my chimney and Roof and I had no clue being that I'm a fairly new homeowner so i did my research and came across Landstar Construction . I read the reviews and saw how satisfied customers were with the work so I gave them a call. How many business owners can say they come out on a Sunday ??.. Well I must say that I didn't know ANY until Arber himself came to my house to look at what needed to be done.He was VERY friendly, professional and upfront. Landstar group did a great job replacing my entire roof! They were very professional, took a lot of pictures and showed me every step of the process from the tear off and the replacement of damaged wood, mold removal, and took care of all my needs after the fact by showing me what was done as well as helping me find some other things I needed to have done. If you are thinking about a total roof replacement, this is the company to choose!
