My carpets look great! They worked around my work schedule, and it was a last minute thing I needed completed for some out of town company.

The night before Frank called me to tell me he will be at my house between 11am-1pm. Frank and his son were at my house before 11:30. Frank and his son is professional and friendly. My sofa and loveseat really needed a good cleaning. After Frank was done my furniture looks brand new. I will be hiring Frank again to clean my carpets. The price to clean my furniture was more than reasonable. I highly recommend this company.

When he came in, he stated that he thought the cleaning was for one room. I stated to him no I told you the family room and the living room, plus the dining room chairs. He did not charge extra. He went with the original estimate.

They were very prompt in calling me after I submitted an online request. We set up an appointment and they arrived on time. I wasn't sure if they would be able to do anything with the dingy and disgusting carpets in the house I just bought. To my amazement, they were able to make them look fresh and clean. The cost was also very reasonable.
