Webcam was replaced n/c had ext. protection plan.

I had major problems with the first Geek Squad team who showed up. They were rude (busy talking to each other than listening to what I wanted done), lazy (said could not dismount the TV on the wall because it was locked and I had to insist that they try harder since there was no such lock), and incompetent (brought a TV that was broken because they neglected to check it beforehand and forgot to bring all the items I purchased). They said they will have to come back to finish the job and I told them not to bother. I filed a complaint with their customer service, and asked for a full refund. The manager called back right away and apologized, and came by the same day to make sure they can and will do the work we paid them to do. He sent a second team then called to make sure everything worked out. If it weren't for the manager, I would have not gone back to Best Buy, ever.

It went well. He looked at the problem, told us what it would be and ordered the part and came back the next week. He was on time and fixed it problem.

There service was good.

I have very high praise for Geek Squad. They are incredibly professional. They are very accommodating regarding appointment scheduling. They are very smart at diagnosing the problem. They have very quick turn-around at getting the new parts for the television. They honored the warranty without hesitating, they were quick and they were excellent. This is another thing. They came in and put on little booties over their shoes so that they didn't track dirt into the house.
