Before I hired Perez Custom Flooring, I read their reviews on Home Advisor. I was suspicious of all the 5 ratings. How could that be? A contractor friend of mine had witnessed their work, and he said they knew what they were doing, so I gave them a try. They accommodated my tight schedule on a rental property/summer home, and on the day the work was to begin, they came an hour early due to threatening weather. They put drop clothes down in traffic areas outside of the rooms that they were working on. Upon completion of the installation, they vacuumed and cleaned up. They take extreme pride in their workmanship, and they have an excellent work ethic. Their pricing was very fair for a quality installation. Brian and his father, Victor, were a real pleasure to deal with, and I have already committed to having them do more work on my residence.

Victor and Brian did an excellent job tiling my bathroom floor and tub/shower enclosure. They always showed up on time, cleaned up before they left, and were a pleasure to work with. Will definitly use them again.

Brian and his father did a fantastic job tiling my laundry room floor. The room looks brand new. The quality of their work was the best. As impressive as the quality of their work was, so was how they approached the entire job. They were here on time, and did not stop until the job was completed. When they left, the room, and surrounding area, was cleaned up perfectly. I was kept informed at all times of progress and of any questions they had. I am very pleased with Perez Custom Flooring. They were able to come in and salvage a tile install job for me. I hired another contractor to install 200 s/f of marble tile in my kitchen and major mistakes were made. Brian came in, assessed the job and proposed a plan to fix the problem and install the tile. The kitchen turned out beautifully!! They arrived every day on time -- by 8:30 and wrapped up by 5pm leaving the home clean. The entire job was completed within 5 working days. Perez Custom Flooring is a skilled tile contractor with high ethics and exceptional customer service. The tile they worked with was a very unique textured marble and he did an excellent job ! Brian is meticulous when cutting stone; I highly recommend them and look forward to parterning with them on my next job.

I'll start with saying I will hire them again! Brian was prompt with his response right at the start. They were on-time every day, finished ahead of schedule, and the work they did was top quality. And on top of the great quality of work, both were good people, always with a smile on their faces. I'll end again by saying I will hire them again for other projects.

This friendly father & son team performed EXCEPTIONAL QUALITY WORK, and I would not hesitate for one moment to recommend them to anyone requiring tile work, be it floor or wall. They are truly professionals in every sense of the word, and their work reflects their EXCELLENT WORKMANSHIP. I don't normally engage in writing time consuming reviews, but Victor and Brian definitely deserve recognition for the fine job and pride they demonstrated in their work. They are exceptional. In my case I needed to install a new kitchen backsplash with mosaic glass tile, and I must tell you the end result was amazing! . My wife and I were overjoyed with the outcome and we will be proud to recommend Victor and Brian for any future tile requirements that might arise. After going through a major renovation with a contractor (not Mr. Perez) who for the simple part did shoddy and crappy job on our trailer, Mr. Perez and his helper (or Son?) was a breath of fresh air and my wife and I are so happy that we hired the right one to install the back-splash in our kitchen. They are very detailed in their work, very accommodating, very reasonable and very professional. I have used Victor for 4 different jobs. One was at least 7 years ago and the workmanship has been amazing on EVERY job. I absolutely LOVE working with Victor. His prices are more than reasonable, he is honest, NEAT, clean, trustworthy, and always there when he says he will be there. Victor is very polite and just an all around nice guy. He puts down drop cloths everywhere and you'd never know they were there working. I highly recommend Victor and will certainly be hiring him again soon.
