From start to finish they were horrible. My wife supervised them throughout the day. Not one piece of bedbug infested furniture was placed in bubble wrap. It was just carted outside to a truck. This went on all day. Plastic bags were utilized, but they were not commercial quality, nor were they filled half-way. They were packed to the brim to the point you couldn't even close them. My wife called the owner of the cleaning service who came over and had to inspect. He was very apologetic, but nevertheless, still presented us with an enormous bill. They are unreliable and I would not even recommend them to an enemy. We need to hire another cleaning company to come in a clean up after THEM. :-( ***** UPDATE, February 2012 ***** I think this is a critical piece for ALL Angie List subscribers. I cannot believe that this already slimy company would try to get an "F" rating off their record here by challenging me. They picked the wrong guy. I documented everything. The only think I did NOT do (and I can kick myself in the rear for it) was take photos. Oh, how I wish I could have taken photos!!! Stupid, stupid, stupid, stupid!! Nevertheless, if you are reading this and have ANY doubt about the validity of this company, you had better think twice. In fact, I'm going to send a copy of this report to the Management Company that swore they were "the best" to use and that they use them faithfully in their complex. OPEN YOUR EYES, ARBOR HILLS!! Description of Work: The company is retained by a Condo Association and we were told to use them as part of a bedbug infestation that required a company specializing in eliminating bedbugs was hired. They were told by the Exterminating Service that all furniture had to be bubble wrapped before being taken out of the condo and loaded onto a truck. Also, all other items (clothing, towels, curtains, photos, frames, etc.) was to placed in commercial grade, black plastic bags half-way.
