The Royal Cleaning crew arrived on time, with two female house cleaners being dropped off by a gentleman who just provided an overview of what to expect and made sure we had everything we needed. After he left , the cleaners went to work and cleaned the whole house top to bottom over 4 hours. They did a really nice job with the floors and dusting all of the surfaces around the house. They also cleaned the insides of the windows and did a thorough job in the bathrooms. They brought all their own supplies and equipment and were very pleasant to deal with. Will definitely be using them again.

Ued them for a spring cleaning in May and they did such a great job that they are now my go to service when house cleaning gets away from me and I can have them come by.

hey were about 30 min. late two cleaning ladies and a supervisor. The asked what was the most important part of the house to be cleaned and they went to work. 4 hours later they had done a beautiful and left the house.

They were incredible. Very professional, exceeded my expectations, and very reasonably priced. I plan to use them again and again.

One person came and cleaned my entire apartment. She did a complete deep cleaning in 4 hours. This is the second time I used this service with the same person doing the cleaning. The quality was just as good this time as the first time I used them. The woman who came was great. She was cheerful, polite and went to work right away and got everything done including my ceiling fans and the tile shower. I will definitely call them again and would recommend them to anybody.

The cleaners arrived on time. There was a supervisor and one cleaner. She was so sweet. After we did a tour of the apartment and I told them what I wanted done, he said it would take 5 hours instead of 4. But he said that I get one hour free for using Angie's List. I don't know if this was true but the extra hour was needed. Hilda, the cleaner got right to work and cleaned the apartment like it hadn't been cleaned since I moved in 7 1/2 years ago. She took an hour on the bathroom alone. She cleaned the ceiling fans, mopped all the floors, cleaned all of the venetian blinds on all of my windows and dusted every nook and cranny. The cabinets and stove in the kitchen look immaculate. She asked if I wanted her to do the oven. I said yes if she had time and she did. As each room was completed, she asked me to check it and I did. Every part was dusted and cleaned. I couldn't be happier. I will definitely all them again. I can't afford them every week but maybe once a month.

They did an amazing job! They cleaned my new house from top to bottom including the furnace, smoker and grill (which were gross). The missed a couple things and Michael scheduled the team to come back and redo what was overlooked. I loved that he sent me photos of the team cleaning. Really great service. Excellent communication. Great value. I highly recommend you use them.

Asked for refund from Angies list and company called me. They actually do not service our area so AL should have known that. I changed their rating because they did finally call and they should not have been listed in my area as someone I could buy a deal from.

They did not do a great job. It was minimal and I would not use them again.

Mike and Sam, owners, and the cleaning staff were flexible and very pleasant to work with. I had to switch my cleaning date several times so that the cleaning was closer to when the house would be ready for listing and to time it after furniture were removed from the house. Mike was very accommodating. The cleaning staff of 5 cleaned for over 6 hours (Mike capped the cleaning cost at 30 hours) and the house sparkled afterwards. I would definitely use them again for deep cleaning and also for regular residential cleaning.

The experience was okay. They cleaned a lot of the dirt but it wasn't cleaned as detailed as I was expecting. It took them about days to actually do the job that was originally quoted for twelve hours total. I think it would be fine if you just needed a general cleaning or basic cleaning but for a really in-depth cleaning for, like a new house, I'm not so sure. And then the second day, I don't know if it was communication problem or not, when they came back, the manager quoted me one price. When my father-in-law, who was there asked when it's okay, the cleaning lady disagreed and was expecting more. I called the manager and clarified about the quote that I was given was the correct one. It was a reasonable price. They were excellent when it comes to responsiveness. I was able to call the manager directly and clear up issues and they responded to my inquiry very quickly. They were very easy to get in touch with.

Used them previouslyy and despite the high cost was pleased. at that time they cleaned a test patch of a badly soiled tile floor - and it looked great - we then hired them to clean the whole floor and several bathrooms - i was very disappointed with the floor in particular - they sent a man back the following day with an array of chemicals because no one remembered what was used in the test - one person for an all day job? the floor was progressively less clean as he tired and overall was not worth the hefty price of $30 per hour per person. additionally i was aked to check on the work done on the first day - all three employees had already packed up their equipment, put on their coats and stood waiting by the door - a cursory look proves insufficient as in evry bathroom save one the corners of the room were not cleaned and areas behind the door were left soiled as well. this was post construction clean up and dust was everywhere but was only cleaned up to the height of the cleaner - i finished the job using a step stool - and since i wasnt told that they would only clean up to arms reach I didnt expect to a few hours cleaning after a cleaning crew. I do feel badly that i didnt rate their first visit to my home - that would have been a A . but that was also owhy i had them backk for a more extensive and expensive second visit where they certainly dissapointed!

Very helpful and accommodating. Did a good job. Michael even came to check and went over areas himself that he felt needed more work. I am definitely going to hire them again!

We needed our new home to be completely cleaned prior to moving in. My wife is pregnant, and we requested use of non-toxic cleaning products. Royal Cleaning accommodated our needs and did a fantastic job cleaning our very large home, which is listed on the National Register and has lots of marble and antique wood all over the place. They even came back and re-did the floors after the movers were finished at no extra charge. Very happy with this service and will use again for regular cleaning.
