We found them to be very professional and thorough. Mari was our point of contact and she was great to work with. She coordinated appointments, came up with the original estimate, and supervised the cleaning visit. Her estimate was accurate and the staff members did an excellent job cleaning our home. Although they were somewhat expensive, we felt we got our money's worth. We were very pleased and have engaged them to come back on a monthly basis to clean our home.

I thought that they were very professional and thorough. When I called they answered the phone and I scheduled a time for them to come out and they were on time. The manager came the first time to get everything set up and I thought it terrific.

I have a big house and 2 or 3 women come every other week for $100/bi weekly. They do a fine job and will provide extra elbow grease to any spot you point out. Barbara has been able to work with me on adjusting schedules and needs.

They were very good. They came in and, by the time I got home, they were done. They did the kitchen and living room, a lot of dusting, vacuuming, etc. I feel the price was decent for the work. They were able to get in and out quickly and the cleaning lasted for the holidays, since I did not have time to do it. They called me right back and were here when they said they would be. I would use them again in the future and would recommend them to others.

We hired Barbara's Homecare for a "move-in" cleaning because we wanted to be able to unpack our things into clean cabinets and closets etc. We did a walk through estimate for cleaning of windows, cabinets (inside and out), bathrooms and appliances. There was no furniture in the house since we had not moved in yet. They did respond very quickly given that I called them 5 or 6 days prior to when I needed them. They were also on target with their estimate in terms of what they charged me. However, I will say that the quality of service was not there. Specifically, the kitchen cabinets and drawers still had a quite a lot of debris from the previous owners and a few of the upstairs windows simply were not cleaned. My perception of the service was that the house was going to be very thoroughly cleaned, especially since there was no furniture or carpet. It seemed more like the the items we requested to be cleaned were given a quick "once over".

On time and left the house clean.

We love Barbara! Her team is thorough, responsible, and just wonderful. We recommend them highly.

I AM THRILLED AT THE WORK THIS COMPANY DOES. THEY COME DO THE CLEANING AND THEN THEY LEAVE. I EVEN GOT TO CHOOSE THE PERSON THAT COMES TO DO MY CLEANING WHICH I REALLY LIKE.
