By far the best dental office I've had experience with. I had been frustrated with our former dental practice with regard to my son. They recommended a lot of what I believed was unnecessary work on teeth that would only be in his head for a few years. The total cost of this work was in excess of $2000 and the visits were always filled with pain and tears. We decided to seek a second opinion and we went to Dayspring. My son saw Dr. Matt and actually enjoyed the visit. His initial eval and cleaning were pain free and the work that needed to be done for a small fraction of the other place's quote. The visit for the filling was quick and painless and I got a thumbs up from my son when he was finished. The office staff are friendly and they make you feel comfortable and at home. Glad I found them and I recommend them to anyone looking for a small, personal dental practice.

My experience there was excellent. From the receptionist, down to the last person I dealt with, they are very caring. I could tell that they weren't just trying to get my money. I will definitely be going back.

Upon my early arrival the staff was getting ready for their afternoon appointments but everyone paused for a moment to greet and welcome me! The same receptionist that I spoke to on the phone stopped her preparations and welcome to me and immediately handed me the obligatory paperwork which she had already laid out in anticipation of my appointment. At the very time of my appointment a dental assistant introduced herself and show genuine concern for my tooth as she gathered the required information about its recent history and about me and how it and I were both feeling at the moment. I was then prepped for my appointment with Dr. Matthew Bickel, who arrived moments later and I found to be both personal and personable. I really enjoyed my conversation with Dr. Matt. He was engaging and I found him to be quite intelligent as well as well informed about dentistry as well as other medical issues in general. He seemed to me to be someone who genuinely enjoyed learning, particularly about his field of expertise! The actual extraction of my broken tooth was a very relatively painless procedure, given that that tooth was very stubborn in its refusal to be removed. I happen to be a lyme patient. In keeping with the new newly located lyme bacteria itself and the discovery that it likes to encase itself in crystalline structures of and quot;cement,and quot; and given the discovery via my current lyme treatment that lyme was living in the area of this tooth, I was not surprised that Dr. Matt had his work cut out for him. But the doctor worked diligently for approximately 45 minutes all the while being concerned for my comfort level. So that while this was probably a more untypical trip to the dentist, I can hardly say I am glad that it was Dr. Matt who performed this stubborn tooth removal. This visit to his office has made him my dentist for life!

The dentist did a root canel. The out come was good. I was pleased.

The waiting room is clean and quite, the receptionist greeted us with a smile and new exactly who we were upon arrival. We had arrive about fifteen minutes early, and were taken in for our appointments on time. The dental hygienist was knowledgeable, friendly, and very helpful with all questions we had. Dr. Matt came in and spoke with me, and then my husband. He was relaxed and friendly, I felt like he had time for us, and wasn't rushing us along. We had a very positive experience.

Everyone is so friendly and accomdating. They use laser whenever possible and no huge needle for novacaine (very small needle). Will defintely continue to use this dentist.

I think they are fantastic. Everybody on their staff is nice. It is a really high tech place. They do your insurance and all that. I was very pleased with them. There was no problem coming in and they didn't charge me for the adjustment. They were very nice. It is a husband and wife team and their staff.

My son was very happy with them. Their manners were excellent. He was happy with their service, as it was relatively pain free.

They're professional and describe what they're doing.  They use a water laser to do the work, and I only needed Novocaine on 1 of the 3 cavities I had filled.  They were friendly and knowledgeable in what they do. We'll see how they do with my 3 year old next week.

They are fine.  As for availability I was not able to get in to see the hygienists who do the cleaning for quite a while.  Punctuality was fine. As for effectiveness of treat both my wife and I have work to do. 

All staff were personable, professional & really explained what they were doing & what laser dentistry is. I was very comfortable.

Dr explained everything from start to finish. Treatment was painless. Best dentist appointment ever.

I found the service and the overall experience to be exceptional. Dr. Matt and his staff were attentive, professional and caring at all times. My costs for procedures were explained ahead of time.

I see Dr Kathy Bickel . She is outstanding. They do a no pain dentistry, they use a lay system. I take my kids to her. She is patient with the kids and talks them threw everything. She shows them how it all works. My daughter had 3 cavities filled with no drugs, no pain and no fear, so thats a plus.
