It went great. My service provider was prompt, cordial and not only did he do a great job, he left my house extremely tidy! After the service was complete, Viscentin sent me a nice thank you note and a magnet. I've already called them for another plumbing job.

John's work went SO swiftly and smoothly I'm looking forward to having him install my new faucet and sink, next!! P.S. On top of it I got a hand written 'Thank You' note in the mail on linen paper. Class!

We’ve used them for years and they are excellent. John Visentin is the owner and he’s wonderful. They guys that he always sends are very professional, timely, reliable, and knowledgeable. They clean up after themselves after the work.

Very professional, thorough, and did a great job. Didn't cut corners and I felt it was a fair price for half days work on a Saturday. He even secured the sink to the wall for me and fixed a vent in my hallway! Would definitely use them again and recommend them. Very nice honest guys. I now have running water and a clear drain in the bathroom. A pleasure to deal with and great workmanship.

John and his crew's caliber of work is top notch. This was a complicated install but within minutes of looking at the end product, you can easily see the pride in workmanship and quality. Super clean job !! The once messy, decaying piping and wiring looks like sculpture now. John is a busy guy so its not always easy to get on his schedule so be patient and well worth the wait.

Overall, I have no complaints at all. We brought him back to help with some leaky hose spigots, and they took care of the problem within the hour. His colleague left our home neat and put back together (they had to move some appliances to access the pipes). Like I said above, good guys, good service, good price!

John came to our house on time, and emphasized over the phone when we first spoke, that he is always punctual. He went over any questions that I and my husband had and then told us he would write up the estimate and get it to us in the next week - which he did. After obtaining three other estimates, we felt that John had the best estimate- both in terms of price, knowledge and professionalism. I and my husband were extremely pleased with John and his crew throughout the process of the installation. In addition to his reasonable fees for his excellent work - his company also offers interest free financing for up to one year (for people with good credit) which was also very helpful - given the economy. Throughout the process of having this work completed - one of the things that impressed us the most was that John Visentin always told you exactly what he was planning to do and then did it. His sincerity and commitment to his work is impeccable and he always followed up anytime we called or had questions. John obtained the permits, and he and his team did the work - all of them very skilled, professional and polite. They came on time and left on time. John made sure he answered any questions we had. He and his team also repaired a leak in one of our old steam radiators. He honored a coupon that he has for Angie's List customers that took $200 off the cost - and helped me fill out an application for a State rebate for energy efficient boilers - that will give me back an additional $300 back. As part of the process of the boiler installation, John skimmed off the sludge that accumulates in old boiler systems and used a green chemical to help cut down on the sediment. He explained that after the next time we drained it, that he might have to come back and have the green additive added once more if the sludge was still in the system. As it turned out - he did have to come back - and did this for us at our convenience and without any complaint or extra charge to us. John also made the arrangements for the town inspections - which were just done this week - for electrical, fire and plumbing - that went flawlessly. I couldn't ask for a better person and crew to do the work.

came out to give quote when he said he would, price was reasonable. very polite and profesional. work was done soon after, went very well. they did a good job and cleaned up thoroughly afterwards. would definitely call them for any plumbing needs in future.

I left a message on his voice mail and he called me back the next day. We set up a day and time and he arrived as scheduled. John is very pleasant and very efficient. He fixed all of the problems and cleaned up after the work was done. I will definitely use him for all my plumbing and heating needs.

iWe had required a number of plumbing related services including leaky faucets and flush. I used the Big Deal coupon for the first set of services. Then I had problems with my kitchen faucet for which I ended up also calling Visentin since they had done a good job the first time around. They were again very prompt in their service and I would be appy to use them again.

My Mothers house needed her washer and dryer hookups moved. I also wanted a second estimate foe a oil to gas burner conversion for my house. In the time between when the 2 estimate was being figured and when I received the estimate, my Mom passed. So we did not need him for that. When my Mom's house sells, I will call him to do our heat. He seemed to be very capable, and paid attention to detail.

I discovered my shower wasn't working last Saturday afternoon. Water started to leak from behind the acrylic wall covering whenever I turned the shower on. I immediately looked up a plumber on Angie's List. I found Visentin Plumbing and because of their rating and proximity, I gave them a call. It was around 3:30 pm on Saturday so I got their answering service. I asked the woman if she could have someone call me ASAP. I spoke to John (the owner) about 30 minutes later and he said he would call me Monday morning to set up a time to send someone to inspect the issue. He called as promised and Michael and Eric came Monday afternoon to my place. Michael found the problem which happened to be two elbow pipes in the wall disconnected because of age of my condo apartment. He glued them back together. He instructed me to let it dry for 24 hours. That did the trick. My shower is working again!! I will definitely use Visentin plumbing again. They were professional and courteous.

They came out to do the inspection. They were pleasant and made sure that I didn't have any leaks.

The work went well, the guys knew exactly what they had to do. They were here alittle under 2 hours. After several test flushes, they were done. I was completely satisfied. With the coupon I had purchased on Angie's List,the bill was paid in full. That made me even happier. Will definitely use Visentin in the future.

paid for overall chek of plumbing for the house. left a message, but never heard from them. angies list need to refund the money ASAP.

had a leak in basement- i thought it came from the bathroom - they opened up the wall -saw nothing- went to kitchen found leak -but while in the bathroom noticed toilet running-fixed that ---then fixed leak( new leads to hot and cold water needed) checked everything and left-- oh 10% off because of angies list!

There was a bad leak coming from a tenantsbathroom down to the first floor from the ceiling. I called a plumber that I used in the past. They showed up and opened 4 holes ranging from 1-2 square feet in size . What a mess. Finally they thought they found the problem. They had to call the boss for instructions on how to proceed. They left and asked me to call the boss the next day. I called and he gave me some mumbo jumbo. I guess the job was too big or too difficult or both . Time for new plumber. My sister got a year of Angies list services. After severals calls I got a list of plumbers of which Visetin was one. They had the most reviews and most were positive. I called Friday and the earliest they could come was the following Monday. They were so booked. I guess that was a good sign. They showed up, looked at all the holes and determined where the leak was. Even I knew where the leak was. The previous butcher I mean plumber left enough of a big hole to see all the plumbing in the house. What I wanted was an estimate. Mind you I was not there when they showed up but my brother was. They proceeded to tell my brother they needed $150 to put some epoxy on the hole and that would be only temporary and they could not guarantee how long it would hold. I guess they were nicely trying to tell me how expensive the correct job would cost and that a band aid (not guaranteed) would cost $150. At that I guess I would have to settle for the band aid. My brother who didn't drive and had a heart condition walked as quickly as he could to his bank which was about 10 blocks away . He came back but was $20 short not realizing he didn't have enough in his account. I thought that he applied the than $130 bandaid and was to return to finish the job. Well I didn't hear from my brother until that night when the heavy leak started again . I called Visetin and spoke to the boss and explained what happened. He was fully aware of what happened. He told me my brother was short the money, no $150, no bandaid. Why he couldn't take a credit card was beyond me. I've dealt with plumbers for the past 40 yrs and credit cards were no problem. To make a long story short he told his worker to leave the leak as is, do nothing and go to his next job. What a guy. I asked if he would come back to do the real job not the mask, he said he would try to fit me in his schedule the following week and he would have to charge me for 2 service charges of $150 each. Was he for real. Just forlaughs I told him to put me on his list for the following week. Well he never gave me a call back. I found someone to do the job. He also found and fixed another leak, replaced a wax seal in the toilet, fixed all 4 holes for $450. Glad Visetin didn't call back. Glad he's only around for dollar signs and to step all over seniors with disabilities.

I left a message with the answering service early Friday evening and in about an hour, John Vicentin called me back. He was very thorough in asking me questions about the problem and the prior work that another plumber had done the month before the heater failed. I also told him that yet another plumber had come to the house a few days earlier and he had advised me that the unit was about 30 years old and that his boss wouldn't allow him to try a repair because since it was so old, the unit would probably fail again. He said the only option was to install a new unit at a cost of $6300. I told John that the problem was at my 84 year old mother's house and he said that he could come on Sunday. I told him that she doesn't speak English very well and I couldn't be there and asked him to call me when he finished. I really appreciated that he called to tell me he was on his way so I could give her a heads-up to safely get the door. on the phone, He had asked me to tell him, if it was something he could fix it while he was there, did I want to authorize an amount to go ahead and do the work. I set a $300 limit,beyond that I would need an estimate.My mother told me that he was very nice and professional and after he got her heater running he stayed to check upstairs and down to be sure that it stayed on. Later, he called and gave me a complete rundown of what he did (he gave me details a little over my head) but the gist of it was that he made some adjustments and got it going. He was knowledgeable about the old heater and thought that it should continue to work and if it didn't, I should call and he would do any needed repair but that the unit was still serviceable and he did NOT see the need to get a new heater! And ( surprise! ) his bill would be for $135. Three days later, he called ME to ask if my mother still had her heat! ( Who does that these days?) John Vicentin is a knowledgeable, professional,courteous,caring, HONEST man of integrity who clearly exemplifies the the very best in his profession. I would absolutely use his service again and would recommend that he should the first choice for anyone who needs their problem solved at a fair price by a professional who has his heart in his work. My only complaint would be that I live too far away to use him at MY house!

All I got to say is John Visentin is a real stand up guy. I had a problem in the basement of rental building, which 2 other plumbers have been there charged me and the problem occurred again a couple months apart. John was able to identify the problem right away, and pointed me to an associate of his that would be best for the job. They came today quickly fixed the sewer issue for the short term, and now we are fixing the major issue. I will be using John Visentin for all my plumbing needs because of his honesty. Thank You.

They took six hours, T wo people started and finished the job. In the middle, the assistant worked alone for 2 hours while the boss went on to set up another job.

John did a great job getting my steam boiler working again. He came to my house the same day I called, and he arrived when he said he would. He fixed an improper installation of a thermostat that a different plumber had done, he inspected my steam boiler, he explained what he saw and answered my questions. His billing was reasonable. After the service call, my boiler works correctly. John even put on shoe covers when explained that I wanted to keep the floor as clean as possible for my small child. I will call John Visentin the next time I need plumbing or heating system work done.

John is simply great. I have used his services a couple of times. Very polite and responsible. I will not hesitant to recommend him to any of my friends.

Visentin plumbing was responsive and completely professional. On recommendations here, I called and John came right out to write up an estimate, arriving late in the evening to work around my schedule. He called back a couple days later with pricing and to set up an appointment. On the day of the job, he arrived on time and completed all work in just a few short hours. He also honored the coupon that was listed here. In all, a great experience and his work and knowledge appears to be top-rate. Visentin is first on my list the next time I'm looking for a plumber.
