i spoke to the plumber, we made an app't for him to come to give us an estimate. he called saying he would be late. i showed him the job: replacing 2 faucets in bathrooms and repairing ice maker in fridge which would require installing new copper piping through cabinets. he said he would call with an estimate. it has been 10 days, and he has not called.

We had renovated a bathroom, and had some leftover plumbing items that we wanted to have done professionally. We had replaced the toilet, but the bolts that came with it were too small and didn't properly catch and hold the toilet in place properly. In addition, the shower diverter kit we purchased was faulty and didn't properly regulate the water flow and temperature. The tub spout also began leaking after some time. I called Visentin Plumbing because they came highly recommended on Angie's List. I called another plumber as well and left a message, so I could potentially compare estimates, but received no response. John from Visentin called back same day and scheduled a time to come out and give an estimate. His estimate seemed reasonable and he was very helpful in answering some questions I had, and so I decided to have him do the work. I also appreciated that once we decided not to purchase the water filter system, he was not pushy. On the scheduled day, he arrived on time, and was done in about 1.5 hours. So far the work seems to have been done properly, and he assured me if there are any issues to call him and he'll come out and address them. I guess now time will tell. All in all, John was a very nice person to deal with and I would definitely use him again.

The person who came was very punctual and he was very clear about the work that needed to be done. He made sure that he got my ok before he started anything. After he finished the work, he walked me through to make sure that I was satisfied.

We contacted them on a Thursday, they responded on Friday evening (due to a large job they were tied up with) and they arrived on Saturday to perform the work. We were originally told that they could come out on Monday, but after I asked if there was any way to come sooner (due to the fact that we didn't have heat) - they were able to squeeze us in on Saturday afternoon. Very professional and they cleaned up after themselves.

They were great! The cost was 1/2 of another estimate. They gave me an estimate over the phone and that was the cost. They were prompt and very professional. They will be the plumbers I always use.

Everyone involved was professional, knowledgeable, pleasant and on time. The job went very smoothly. They decommissioned the tank under the front garden and I didn't even know they were there. The heat comes on quickly, the furnace is quiet, and I wonder why I didn't do this years ago. During the work I was having a problem with a toilet tank and they repaired it without charge. I was very pleased with the work and with a small plumbing job they did subsequently. I will continue to use them.

John, the owner of the company, is a fantastic plumber and the work he does is excellent. He was able to find the problem quickly and everything turned out perfectly. The price wasn't bad at all either.

Heating system broke down on a Sunday Called for emergency service. Responded in 20 minutes. Arrived in his panel truck fully equiped at 405pm. Job was done by 5:15pm. Great job, efficient worker; actually the owner, not one of his employees. Neat, no mess, all old parts removed.

The company was professional, on time and their estimate was competitively priced in comparison to other people we interviewed. The workers were very neat. Visentin also dealt with the town inspectors and licensing officials competently. The job went very smoothly and we have used them for smaller jobs since.

OVERALL, THEY WERE VERY GOOD. THEY SHOWED UP ON TIME TO DO THE WORK. THEY GOT THE JOB DONE WHEN WE AGREED THEY WOULD HAVE IT DONE. THEIR PRICE WAS REASONABLE AS WELL.

THEY ARE A VERY GOOD COMPANY. THEY ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL. THE QUALITY OF WORK IS GREAT. WE HAVE BEEN USING THEM FOR 7-8 YEARS NOW. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM TO OTHERS.

I WOULD SAY THAT IT WAS A GREAT EXPERIENCE BECAUSE THEY WERE VERY TIMELY. THIS WAS FOR A RENTAL PROPERTY THAT I OWN, AND THE TENANTS WERE VERY HAPPY. I WILL USE THEM AGAIN WHEN I NEED TO.
