Mr. Visentin cleaned and flushed the furnace, checked the emergency systems, venting & pressure. He changed the glass on the furnace and left everything beautiful, clean and ready to start the winter in great shape! This is the third time we've used Visentin and are always happy with the result. A total quality guy who does great work!

Said he would provide an estimate by the end of the week. I never received an estimate and never heard from him again. If he was not interested in the work (for whatever reason), he just had to say so. I would not contact him again and I cannot recommend Visentin Plumbing.

Arrived on time, work was done quickly and efficiently. I was very happy with work performed as well as advice on least costly options to complete.

Excellent service responsiveness and courtesy. I now feel I have someone I can trust with the needs around my house. in the future. This alone has made my subscription to Angies List worthwhile

The price was the lowest out of all the estimates I got. The work was satisfactory, and It is not leaking anymore. There is a one year warranty on the work.

I think he was a little pricy but he did the job exactly the way I wanted it done. Everything is working the way it’s supposed to. It was a huge job. He did the job right a way. The service was excellent but his price was a little high.

John came out one evening to give me a quote and had it to me the next day via fax. John and his 2 guys showed up right on time Saturday morning and worked through the day to get everything done in 1 day. Would recommend them and will use them again for any other project I have.

Visentin Plumbing did a beautiful job installing new wall board, insulation, plumbing, tile and lighting in my 25 year old tub/shower area and now it looks absolutely beautiful. Not only did they work within the schedule promised but were neat and clean and couldn't have been more professional. There was even a slight curve ball, which was by my origination, and they worked with me with patience and understanding and went the extra mile to resolve it. I couldn't be happier with the project and, as a result, will definitely call them again for any future projects or repairs. They're my go-to company now!

Came and supposedly did measurements but never returned call after promising that he'll call in few days. I've given him weeks now.

My kitchen sink and bathroom tub would repeatedly clog and drain slowly. After several unsuccessful attempts with Liquid Plumber, I decided it was time to call a real plumber. I chose Visentin based upon its great reviews and ratings on Angies List. I was extremely pleased with the service. I left a message over the weekend, and John called me back first thing early Monday morning. He arrived later the same day and quickly removed both clogs. He was clean and professional. I would definitely recommend his company and plan to use his services again as needed in the future.

I wish all companies were this easy to work with! Visentin Plumbing makes it all simple. They show up when they promise to, they do great work and their prices are beyond fair. We have used Visentin Plumbing quite a few times and now consider them 'our plumber.' I can't recommend them enough!!!!

It went well. It was only a small job but we would call John again in the future.

My husband and I have been suffering with a slow draining bathroom sink for about 5 years now. He would clear it just enough to use for a few months at a time. However, the last time he tried to clear it he was unsuccessful. For three weeks my husband tried everything from chemicals to traditional snakes, even disassembling the sink and removing it to snake the drain pipe. Finally after much urging he agreed to signing up for Angie's list. We saw that Visentin Plumbing & Heating had good reviews and called on the same day. John returned our call the next day and setup an appointment for 3/24/11. He arrived promptly and cleared the blockage in no time. In addition to that, our sink drains with more fluidity than it's ever did before. He fixed our 5 year problem in one visit! He was professional and courteous.I definitely would recommend using Visentin Plumbing & Heating.

Came to my home to do an estimate on replacing a bath tub, and changing some pipe work in my bathroom. John said he would call back in a few days and never called.

John Visentin returned my call promptly, came on time, cleaned up any mess and did quality work quickly. I would hire him again.

They seemed like professionals. They returned phone calls and came when they said they would. They seemed to do the job properly. I don't have any complaints. The workers were very helpful in answering questions. They did the work quickly, cleaned up, and left. They put down tarps so that there was no dirt tracked in. They seemed to know what they were talking about. I didn't feel like they were taking advantage of me. They gave a fair price.

I had a new bathroom put in & after running the water we noticed the tub wasn't draining properly. Called Visentin after seeing good reports on Angies List- had to wait a couple of days but they came when they said they would & were quick & cleaned up & fixed the problem- will have them back for more work

For what is generally a not very fun experience (replacing a hot water heater in near-emergency circumstances), these guys made it as pleasant an experience as possible and did really good work.

The service was great. It was easy to make an appointment. The tech showed up at the time scheduled. He was able to quickly identify and fix the problem. He also explained the problem and the fix so that I could resolve the issue if it happened again in the future.

John came to our home to check out what we needed, then contacted my husband to give him an estimate a couple of days later. Within a week, we had our new water heater, the boiler fixed and parts replaced, and baseboard heat installed in our bedroom -- it was fast and it was done well. He even called my husband the next day to make sure that everything was working properly, and to make sure that we were happy with his work (that extra touch won us over). We're so happy to have a go-to guy for when things go wrong in our rather old home! Great work -- we'd highly recommend this company.
