We attempted to do this project ourselves but we were hardly able to budge these tiles. Manuel's wonderful team came in and moved the very large, heavy, center island, the old appliances, and they ripped up the old floor which all was very hard work. They came back and removed the sub floor which had been glued and screwed in so very hard work and replaced the sub floor. Then they laid the tile and came back to do the grout. The floor looks beautiful and was done at a reasonable cost. I don't know if we ever hired anyone before that worked so hard. They were courteous and took away the old so we didn't have to deal with disposal. They even broom swept the garage where the materials were kept. I give their team a thumbs up for a very professional and timely job!

they took down all the old drywall and paneling and replaced it all. Hallway, stairs and bedroom. Very professional, clean and hard workers. they were a pleasure to have in my home and I would use them again. Manuel (owner) checked on progress and came at the end for a walk-thru before final payment to ensure I was happy.

After doing a great job installing a patio for us in April, we hired Manuel and his crew in mid-July to (1) replace the concrete porch with a longer (and more contemporary) one and (2) install a 9" high brick/stone wall around a tree and garden areas. They did a fantastic job in just under 4 days! The new porch and brick wall is very impressive and we are extremely delighted with it. They also cleared weedy areas and removed unwanted bushes in front of the house. The workers are incredibly skilled; very professional and hard-working. We can always rely on them for excellent results.

Manny called me immediately and came out to my house within an hour. We discussed the work I wanted and he told me he would call me later that night. He called me like he said and we agreed upon a price (a very fair price) and he came to do the work the following morning. Him and his crew showed up the next morning and did a fantastic job. They dropped the large branches with precision, chipped the branches and cleaned up the yard perfectly. While he was here he also took care of one of my neighbors. I highly recommend Manny and his crew and will definitely use him again in the future.
