They were quick to respond and were here on time. The issue was quick and simple (about 1 minute) and I did have to pay a service charge. He was kind enough to give me a discount, but I'm annoyed with myself on this one, I could have easily fixed the issue myself.

Dave worked well and did a good job. He was courteous and I was not uncomfortable having him in my home. He noticed several situations where something had been done poorly in the past and that were unsafe. He gave me an estimate, it was good, and he came again another day to correct the problems. Fave also cleaned up nicely before he left. This is a quality worker and a quality company.

I first called him for a repair that I discovered on the day of his arrival that wasn't needed. He did however fix a 3-way dimmer switch that I installed incorrectly. This switch was fixed, quickly and for a very reasonable cost. I would both hire and recommend this company.
