The job consisted of connecting an attic fan and all went very well. We have also hired JCM Electric to install a ceiling fan since we were very satisfied with them. We would recommend since they were professional and personable.

Tech was very professional and personable. He came in, checked what had to be done, made sure he had all the necessary parts and tools and got the job done in only an hour. Would surely call them for more electrical work. In fact, have them coming out for another project estimate next week.

JCM is the best i have hired alot of people to work in my new place an this company is the best they are fair , do a great Job an are the best ever company. Paul is wonderful , takes pride in his work which is rare these days an always goes the extra mile . i have had them here twice at my home an they are the best to work with. Does a great job for a fair an decent price. I have given out there number to lots of people an really liked their work. on time , good job, fair price, what can i say they are tops in their field an know what they are doing for sure. so happy with the work.

My contact with JCM Electric was promptly returned the same day. Dave came over to get me an estimate for the work shortly after phoning me. The work was done within the week at a time convenient for both of us. There was a problem with my light that I had planned to have installed, so the electrician had to return the next day (I picked up a new light) and completed all of the work. I was extremely pleased with the service and the price was very reasonable. I would recommend JCM Electric to anyone.

they missed appointment, then showed up late

In the first instance, Eugene was VERY PROMPT, something I can hardly ever say about most other firms/people I have dealt with. He was very knowledgeable and extremely thorough, as well as polite. I didn't have to point out anything because he knew everything. He explained everything in language that I could understand, instead of using technical language that I, as a lay person, would not understand. I really can't say enough about this experience and I recommend this firm to everybody who needs work done, without having to fear that someone is going to pull the wool over their eyes, which unfortunately happens a great deal in this day and age. Again, I thank you more than I can express.

I called JCM yesterday afternoon (Thursday) and going on Homeadvisor.com to fix my air conditioning system in a property I rent. The centrail air died and it is extremely warm. It was brutal for the tenants. Over the past 2 weeks as the system had been semi working I had 3 others out to look at it. JH Roberts came, charged me $150 just for the visit and said I needed to replace the whole system for a ridiculous price. I knew this was a rip off so I called Russo and Sheridan. Russo came and charged me $200, said it was fine and just needed to be recharged with coolant (it lasted 2 days since there obviously were leaks), then I couldn't get in touch with them to go back. Sheridan came, but never followed up with a quote and I could not get in touch with them a week later. Finally, I came on homeadvisor and found JCM. 24 hours later everything is fixed and working perfectly. I and the tenants are relieved. They were extremely professional and responsive. JCM is my first call going forward and I will recommend them to the homeowner's association as the go-to for others.

Liam was very nice. He installed ceiling fan and took the time to explain what he was doing. Very polite and cleaned up when he was finished. Price was very fair. We would definitely call JCM Electric again.
