Dave promptly supplied me with a written estimate via email. Dave sent one of his guys (Paul) to do the job. It wasn't a big job, installation of a bathroom exhaust fan. Paul was professional and did the job in about an hour. I would highly recommend and would definitely use them in the future.

The power company botched work they did on the poles burning out my electric meter, they never notified me that they removed the meter so everything in the fridge went bad. I hired JCM to do whatever needed to be done to get my power back for Labor day weekend. Although I really didn't need a new line, I asked JCM to install a new one. The that just seemed to confuse the inspector who then failed us for something he was mistaken on. The electrician called him and got things worked out. Then the power company who cut my lines wanted $250 to reconnect the lines. JCM came to connect them at no charge. Then they tested the lines finding that the wires were connected at the pole incorrectly. Finally after three months of delays by the power company and Town, my power is back. JCM is coming back to test my system, we were running the AC and other appliances on just one phase 120 power. I will recommend and hire JCM again.

Dave came out at promised time. He replaced ceiling fan with new one. The job area was clean and organized. I would recommend him highly.

The tech Jared was knowledgable, friendly, and great with my slightly overprotective dogs, and Dave was able to get me on the schedule super fast! So happy my new chandelier is working - and that my fiancé didn't break something beyond repair! Will call them again for my next project for sure!!

They were great. They called me within 5 minutes. Since I had an urgent timeframe, they were nice enough to take that into consideration and came to the house that same day. They were very professional and very nice. They also sent me an e-mail invoice that same evening. An overall wonderful experience. They are my new electricians !!
