It didn't go at all.  After speaking with the person on the phone and making an appointment for them to come out for the estimate, I just did not have a good feeling about it.  So, I called him back and said I would like to cancel the appointment.  He asked me why and I said I did not feel comfortable dealing with him.  He asked why and started to get nasty with me on the.  I said I really didn't have to give him details but just please cancel the appointment.  He then go beligerent and called me a "stupid b****" and hung up on me.

The initial contact was good, the person they sent to give price quote was professional that's why I gave them the job. They quoted me 1,800 ended up costing 3,200. And they wanted as much cash as possible. They never disclosed the packing materials would be extra, to they inflated the cost by 800.00. Since they had my furniture I storage for 3 1/2 months, I was able to negotiate the storage space down due to up charge. When they finally delivered the furniture they told me only cash no check. It was not an option, the fee for that was an additional 1,200, halfway through unloading my furniture into the house, all the workers stopped, and kind of took a break, it was then that head person demanded to get paid, or they were going to put my furniture back on the truck and take it back to storage, it was absolutely the worst move ever, the people in office were screaming at me on the phone. DONT USE THEM

It was lousy.  They kept postponing.  They came at 6:00 on a Sunday night.  They put the safe on the truck and I went with them.  They delivered it and asked for cash.  They should have told me before they came. I had to go to the ATM in the rain to get the money.
