They even have a little store if we need to buy certain things or products that the others stores I know, don’t have. I had a problem with flies in my house and they had these certain type of strips that were non toxic and they provided me with the product. I had to choose an exterminator in Bayonne and I happened to choose them, as I had chosen another company before and I didn’t care for them. The people from Bayonne Exterminating came in when they were supposed to and did what I asked.

These guys are professional, honest, reliable and knowledgable. I could not have been happier with the experience. Ralph was my primary contact and did everything he promised. He is an expert on all types of infestation and answered all my questions. He did not try and sell me on any treatment and just gave me the pros and cons of each application. We decided to use the chemical / heat treatment. On the day of the application his crew was at the house on time and got to work immediately. They were respectful of the home and did their best to be neat. All of the technicians wore foot covers while in the home and there were plenty of drop cloths in all rooms. What impressed me most was when we hit a problem. A very large generator was dropped off at the house in the morning to power the heating units. Some parts of the generator broke in the middle of the day and Ralph had the ability to replace the parts in a few hours vs cancel the project. It would have been a huge inconvenience if we had to evacuate the house for another day to get a new generator. It set us back a couple of hours but its comforting to know that we chose a professional that could solve unexpected problems. We had Ralph back last week with bug sniffing dog and confirmed that the bugs were eradicated. Great Service!! Price was less than original estimate. When does that happen?

I had holes in my wooden soffits on my house. THought it was carpenter bees. When the serviceman came out, he thought it looked like carpenter bees, but was not sure due to different patterns in the damage. He took a picture and sent it to the owner. He also went inside my house and checked externally as well. Based on the owner's assessment, it was determined that carpenter bees had done the initial damage, dropped larvae inside the rafters (yuk) and then birds ate the larvae - that is why the holes were larger than normal for carpenter bees. They determined that since the birds ate the larvae, there was no infestation and no extermination was necessary. They advised me to hire a carpenter to fix the damage. They did not charge me. They were excellent. Showed up on time, professional. They could have gone through the motions and charged me, but they were extremely ethical.

I called this company to get an estimate on dealing with a mice situation in my kitchen. The woman I spoke to on the phone was very pleasant. She explained that it costs $140 for them to bait for mice, which includes a 6-month warranty. I asked why I would need to pay that much as opposed to just setting traps myself. She said that they use bait that was just made instead of bait that has been sitting on the shelf for who knows how long. That seemed a little steep, so I set snap traps myself using dark chocolate (the mice had already proven they were interested in that by getting into a bar that was on my counter!) stuck in a glob of peanut butter. I have caught 9 so far and it cost me under $10 to do so.

The job has gone well. We would recommend them. They are fairly reliable and do a pretty thorough job. We will continue to use them.

From start to finish they were professional and pleasant. The woman who answered the phone was completely professional and the price she quoted me was the price I paid when the technician came. The technicians are always on time and explain everything thoroughly. If I need them to come back to respray they do so without any questions (a previous exterminator had actually screamed and cursed at me (!) when I called for respraying because I was calling before the three weeks he had said to wait). I even like that they send a follow up survey because it shows they really are interested in your opinions.

They were great. I wish their van didn't say pest control on it, but you know what - they ended our problem and they were friendly and did a great job communicating to us what they were doing and looking for.

Took a sample of the dead bugs into the office. Received a call back within an hour. Instructed me how to attempt to get rid of the bugs without having an exterminator, but I opted to have them come in and spray. Appointment was given in just over one week. Extermination took place as scheduled. Given a six month guarantee that the pests will not return. So far, no sign of any more bugs.

I was extremely pleased with Bayonne Exterminators - the woman who took my phone call was really nice and went over my options in detail. The guy who came to treat was extremely thorough and professional, he took his time to explain everything and answered all of my questions. I would recommend this company highly.

Emailed through Angie's list. Received a response within 1 day with a quote - very professional on email & phone. Quote seemed reasonable in terms of price. Probably won't use because service hours are only M-F 9-5 which doesn't work with my schedule.

The woman who gave us the estimate was courteous and patient. Ralph showed up on time. He clearly explained the nature of the problem and our options for treatment. Ralph thoroughly answered questions and did so with alacrity. I can honestly say we've never had a more pleasant experience with a service provider of any kind. He guaranteed his work for 6 months and provided his email and phone number should we have further questions or concerns.

I use them if the need arises. They are very good. I can trust them and they tell me the truth. They tell me exactly what my problem is and what they are going to do. They are true to their word. I was afraid they were termites but they quickly allayed my fears and told me they weren't termites or ants. They told me that they were easily remedied. They did a treatment outside of the house and said nothing was necessary inside. I haven't seen one since. The price depends on what it is, if it was termites it would have been more money. It was pretty reasonable because I had called around some other companies and they all wanted to sell me a service. I didn't want a service or somebody in here every month because I didn't think I had that kind of a problem. They are relatively cheaper than some of the other companies I had called.

I got 3 estimates for termite treatment and Bayonne Exterminating tied for the best bid. I went with them because I think smaller/family owed companies are more likely to provide better, more personal service, and the 3-yr warranty speaks to their confidence in their ability to get the job done correctly. I was extremely pleased with the service. They arrived on time, got to work immediately, and worked very quickly. All the workers were courteous and professional and they took care to do as little damage as possible when drilling.

If something came up in the 3 years then they would come out and take care of it. They did great! It wasn't an easy job. They are a great company. I was very pleased. We'll see how it goes; termite season hasn't came up yet. Where we live is practically sitting on a whole termite colony. It's really whether or not you can keep your house protected. I interviewed about 5 or 6 other companies. They weren't the cheapest, but definitely came in with the best recommendations.

Overall, the experience was very good. They did a great job. The exterminator was very knowledgable and told us exactly what to do. I'm satisfied with their services.

Technician arrived at the beginning of the time window. Asked a number of questions to get a feel for why we called, and what we've been experiencing. Technician was very helpful, explaining where the bugs were probably coming from, and how our improper use of the ant traps could actually be leading them to our pet food. He sprayed our apartment and basement thoroughly, explaining his strategy as he went (essentially anticipating our questions while we watched him work). In summary: knowledgeable, friendly, thorough, professional. Couldn't have asked for more.

We had centipedes in our basement, probably due to flooding caused by a blocked sewer. They came, sprayed and there has been no problem since.

Except for a scheduling issue (we agreed on a time, but the company had to come earlier that day and only gave us about 30 minutes notice -- some of us were still at work), the company was great to work with. The online quote was especially useful. So far (about 2 weeks), no sign of roaches.

They were very good. I chose them based on comments from other members. They were reasonably priced and they addressed the problem. They have significantly reduced the problem but there is still some more work to be done. They are very professional and I would recommend them.
