Description of Work: Bayonne treated my tenants' apartment for bed bugs. Based on the research I had done about treating bed bugs, Bayonne proposed and performed what seemed to be the proper treatment - thorough enough to make sure we took care of the problem, but not excessive. They were great to deal with - straightforward, good at explaining the treatment to be performed, and Peggy was great at addressing my panic about the idea of the problem spreading upstairs to my unit. The guys who showed up to do the treatment were punctual and professional.

Description of Work: Placed pet-safe poison containers to remediate a mice problem throughout our three-story house and in the crawlspace. Employee was courteous and answered all questions adequately. Did not stop up holes, however; he said, "We don't do that." Gave a six-month warranty.

Description of Work: I called to ask about treating my new house in Jersey City. They only asked a few questions and immediately quoted a price. When i asked how they could quote a price without seeing the house, i was given a price for an 'inspection'. They then told me i would get a call back after reviewing their schedule... At that point I had already decided not to hire someone who wouldn't consider at least a free walk through to determine what was actually needed for my house... good thing they never called me back to schedule an inspection....

Description of Work: Provided exterminating service to three levels. Tenants report that service person was personable, and efficient. Price includes 6 months repeat service, if needed. This additional protection is very valuable for any future problems, which, to date..have not occurred.

 + -1 moreI saw some cockroaches and I assumed that that meant there were a lot that I wasn't seeing...so I called an exterminator. As it turned out, Bayonne came and he said that I didn't have a problem and that I shouldn't spray. That was great news! I am very happy with their service and they were very honest.

 + -1 morewe were very pleased with the customer service we received from start to finish. kathy was very detailed regarding the process and flexible where we needed her to be. we also were able to get the 10% angie's list discount (which has totally saved us money--the angie's list fee has been repaid and then some with all of the discounts) which was great! the exterminator left literature and was very informative. also, they have a 6 month guarantee which means if we have another ant break-in, they will come to our house and re-spray for free! we recieved a slightly lower quote, but we felt more comfortable with them because of 6 month window -- you never know!
Description of Work: we had ants. we were freaking out. they were all over the place in all of the condos and outside! we spoke with kathy on a tuesday and was able to get a quote that day. we live in a condo so there was a bit of lag in confirming the appointment. by the time we were able to confirm logistics, we were able to obtain a scheduled date on thursday. we were given a timeframe between 1 - 3 and the exterminator came promptly at 1 p.m. and completed the work within about an hour (both inside and outside of a 4 unit condo).

 + -1 moreBAYONNE EXTERMINATING RETURNED MY CALL THE SAME DAY. I TOLD THEM I HAD ANTS ON THE OUTSIDE AND INSIDE OF MY HOME AND I HAD TRIED TO GET RID OF THEM WITH STORE BRAND SPRAYS AND TRAPS. THE EXTERMINATOR WAS VERY PLEASANT, CAME ON TIME, SPRAYED THE CHEMICALS AND THE ANTS WERE GONE IN A COUPLE OF DAYS.
