Frank did a very professional and beautiful job on my kitchen flooring. I know what a hard and precise job tiling is and how horrific it can be if not done right! I would highly recommend Frank to anyone who needs and wants a job done right!

In addition to the flooring, frank installed granite countertops in the kitchen and 2 bathrooms we also had slate installed in the foyer. His work was impeccable and exceeded my expectation! Frank's estimate was fair and the quality of the material is excellent.

I was very pleased with Frank..He was quick to respond to my request for an estimate.. He was thorough and was able to present valuable comments on my work request. The estimate was very reasonable and competative. He also came with me to assist with picking out the tiles for my job. Frank was able to do the install with 2 weeks of my hiring him for the job and he was prompt and efficient in his approach. I am incredibly thankful that we found this gem of a worker. He displays that rare combo of true skill and love for the craft. Upon our first meeting we realized this man truly loves what he does for a living. Any doubts were immediately erased by his true sincerity, knowledge and tremendous skills on the job. Frank was very helpful with every step and handled any complications with ease. The floors were handled beautifully as well as our new toilet. Executed so well in fact, that the people now living at our property are in awe of his work. They simply do not make people like Frank anymore. Thank you! We plan to rehire him soon.

As soon as I met Frank I liked him. He is trustworthy,honest,and reliable,and that's all you really want from a contractor. But he goes above and beyond for you to make sure you like the job and that it's done rite the first time. I would highly recommend him. And the price is great too he does not try to get every cent out of you like some guy's out there, he is very reasonable and does a great job.

Frank did a great job from start to finish. He promptly called us to set up an estimate time, came out at designated time and gave us an awesome price! He was able to do the work two days later and was again there at the appointed time. His work is top notch and you can tell he has many years experience in the business. Our tile backsplash is beautiful and we are so happy with the job Frank did. He is a friendly guy that you feel like you have known for years which is a great attribute. We will mostly definitely have Frank do work for us in the future and will most definitely recommend him to family and friends! Thanks again - Frank!!

Frank did a Great job installing our ceramic bathroom floor and wall. Frank picked me up and took me to purchase the tile he was very patient with me. He did not have to use his vehicle and burn his gas, but he did. He helped me with selecting the tile and gave me his opinion which was excellent. Our bathroom is just beautiful. Frank is very clean and tidy, usually when we hire someone to do a job I have to do so much cleaning that it is unbelievalbe!!! But not this time. Frank quoted my husband and I a price and the price stayed, he completed the work in a timely fashion. Wow, he did some small things and did not charge. What a Great guy!!

Frand did a job for me last year installing some very tricky natural stone mosaic tile in my living room. The space was very tight as it was behind my wood burning fireplace in a small Center City living room. I am very tough on contractors and I will tell you Frank's work was superb. The tile had a ton of design and each sheet had 4 different stones so it would be very easy to notice if he did not align the tiles correctly. He is highly recommended. He also helped me work with the the supplier to make sure I got exactly what I ordered. His partner was equally professional and courteous. These guys know what they are doing and do it right.

Frank was so helpful with my project. He even went to the Home Improvement store with me to help in picking out the tile pattern for my kitchen back splash. He was great at working around a few problem areas and resolved them to my satisfaction. He is very friendly and upbeat. His finished work was very well done. You can tell he has been doing tile for a lot of years. Thanks Frank for a great job.

First of all I want to thank Mr. Maniscalco again for doing such a tremendous job on my bathroom floor. Frank came out on a Saturday to give me an estimate for what I thought would be a "1" day job and the appt. was set for the following wk. Upon starting the job on Wednesday...Frank realized after the tile was up that the problem was way bigger. My "1" day job turned into "4"...and let me tell you Frank was truly a blessing from beginning to end. There were times I was completely overwhelmed but each day I saw progress . My bathroom now has a strong floor, beautiful tile work and I love it. Words can't express. Thank you again FRANK!!

One word to describe his work �IMPECCABLE�. He is very professional and personable. He is up front with what the job entails and takes a lot of pride and very passionate with what he does. He is on time and cleans up after the job was complete. It was extremely refreshing to meet someone who is honest and hard working. I HIGHLY recommend him for any of your projects. He was true to his quoted price/timeframe and the job was completed quickly - 10 days from estimate to finished installation, and with a holiday weekend between the two!
