Jeff called immediately. It was a small job (a missing piece of aluminum trim at the top of the roof gable). He took the piece damaged by a storm, fabricated a new one and came back to finish the job in less than half an hour. It took almost two weeks to complete the job and when you're dealing with a busy contractor, that's to be expected. I can see why he's busy. He was professional, called to explain everything, and apologized for any delay. I thought the price was a bit high, but realize that getting someone to come out for such a small job is difficult. We weren't home when the contractor came to replaced the damaged siding but he did the job anyway and came back later for his payment. I'm not sure that other contractors would have done that, but I appreciated his customer service attitude. I'd go back to him again for any similar need.

Never met Jeff in person. We did everything via phone. We went to our summer home week later. All I can say is the job they did was fantastic. The price was fair, the work was great, and they were very reliable. Unlike many of the people who claim to be in business and when you call them they either never show up or never call back. In all, if you are in the south Jersey shore area call them. You will not be disappointed.

Jeff of J.P. Pereira came and did my door this morning. He did a fantastic job. He analyzed the problem and then removed the door, cleaned the rollers and made adjustments on the tracks. Quick worker and cleaned the area as well. I will definitely call him again for other jobs. I would recommend him for other jobs. A big plus is he is local.
