Rick Brandon, the owner is extremely knowledgeable, professional and reliable. I hired him to restore a marble floor and the result was fabulous! The floor is shiny, smooth and showroom perfect. My only regret is that I didn't hire him sooner. I had previously hired Facilities Specialists to do the work and they did a terrible job and left the floor dull and blotchy. Rick assured me he could restore the floor and he did. Hire him! You will get a great job and value for your money.

The final result was good, however, we were surprised that he came with a portable unit instead of a truck mounted unit. This required him to make a few trips to our kitchen sink to get the hot water instead of a tank in the truck, and we believe the extraction was not as powerful as that from a truck mounted unit and thus the carpet took longer to dry. Some minor damage to the paint on our stairs railing was done from pulling the hose through the house. He re-painted the areas, when we brought it to his attention. Rick is an honorable contractor and we were, in the end, pleased.

Mr. Brandon was the first to call me and showed up to give me an estimate the next day (2 other companies never even showed up to give me an estimate after I scheduled an appointment). Rick gave me a very fair price to powerwash our house and clean all the gutters. He showed up on time and did an excellent and thorough job, including the cleanup afterwards, which was quite a mess from all the gunk in the gutters. He wouldn't accept payment until I was completely happy with the job. RIck is very professional and an all around nice guy. I would highly recommend him for any job.
