Description of Work: I had a leaky bathroom shower faucet. I spoke with Jason and on the same day, he said he would come and look at it to determine what was necessary. When he arrived (on time) he determined the faucet could be rebuilt, had all necessary parts and completed the job in a little over an hour. Excellent service and didn't mind that I watched over his shoulder for tips. Delighted to now have a plumber I can rely on. Diane

Description of Work: Our hot water heater pilot light would not stay lit. Of course it was a weekend, we called and left a message. Jonathan called back quickly. He set up a time to come out on Sunday. He informed us that a service call on Sunday would cost $250. We appreciated his upfront quote. We chose to wait until Monday. He came at time indicated. Tried to repair, but needed to be replaced. He was able to order the heater and replace same day.

Description of Work: Jason Thomas (Owner) from Extra Time Plumbing & Heating did a GREAT job! On time, called when he said he would. Introduced himself upon arrival. Talked us through the problem, explained had to get done, was quick, clean and neat, said to call him if we had any problems and he would come back. We had a flange and rubber ring problem on our toilet. Have had 2 other plumbers out that never fixed the problem. His hourly rate is very reasonable compared to the other plumbers I have had.I would HIGHLY recommend Jason Thomas from Extra Time Plumbing & Heating.

Hello [member name removed], I was a little surprised at the review. I came over to look at the cast iron drain that you wanted replaced in the basement. I quoted the job and we agreed on the work to be done and the price. I came back about a week later on the agreed time and date and did everything as we discussed. It was a messy job and I and cleaned the whole area including the damage that the leak had caused. When I finished up you and your husband were happy with the work and said you would call again if you had any other issues. All the work is guaranteed for a full year. I came back four days later when you called about a leak in the basement that you thought was from the job I had just completed and found the problem for you. I inspected the work that I had done just to be sure everything was good. I found the new leak was from the dishwasher and that the appliance needed to be replaced. I don't understand the review you posted. If there is a problem with any of the work or you had any questions as you know I am easy to reach and would like to resolve any concerns or issues. I needed my kitchen faucet replaced. Jason asked me to select a faucet on the web and checked out prices with his supplier. He then advised me that based on the price at his supplier and the price I received on the website, it would be best if I purchased the faucet myself and he would install it. He was unable to get a better price for me. This was very honest of him because he could easily have talked me out of purchasing from a local home supply store and made more money for himself. I only have one day off and Jason rearranged his schedule so that he could fit me in. He showed up on time and performed a difficult installation within an hour. He cleaned up his mess, charged me his exact quote and left. It was a painless,easy transaction. I will be recommending Jason to anyone who needs a plumber.
Description of Work: Jason is a first rate plumber and a consumate professional. I never would have found him without Angie's List. From the first phone call to the actual service call, the transaction was flawless. We will be keeping Jason's business card to use in the future.

My plumbing was not up to code and Jason corrected a venting problem. He was very professional and very attentive to my needs while trying to hold the cost down. It passed inspection today and I am very happy with the work he did and what he charged. I will be calling him back when I remodel my bath.

I found Jason here, in Angie's List, and called to explain my job. Simple enough - the sink leaked sporadically, and the toilet would leak from the back whenever we had the water running to it. I called Sat. morning and he called back later that day, and we fixed a time on Monday. He showed up a few minutes early, which I appreciated, and got right to work. He fixed the sink, and unblocked the drain, which I had actually forgotten to mention was slow to drain. He also replaced the plastic nut in the water valve to the toilet with a more appropriate brass fitting. Throughout it he was very professional, focused on his tasks, and didn't waste any time. Start to finish was 30 minutes.

Description of Work: Replaced the outside water spigot. Required him to have access to plumbing in ceiling of finished basement. Jason did a fantastic job by only cutting a very small hole in the ceiling providing him the necessary access to complete the work.
