Jason had told me he would be at my house between 7 and 7:30 AM. He arrived at about 7:10 AM and he and I went over what I wanted done. He immediately got to work and was thoughtful enough to use the cellar bulkhead entrance so as not to have to track through the house. He was very meticulous with his work and put down a tarp to catch any water runoff. I really appreciated this because the cellar is finished and carpeted. I have observed good plumbers over the years while on job sites and this man is one of the best I've seen. He completed the project by 8:30 and left the work areas in great shape. I will definitely call on him again when I need any plumbing done.

Jason was very responsive. He called me back right away and got the necessary work completed quickly at a very reasonable price.

Jason was great. Thought he was going to look and estimate the job when he made the appointment. Ended up doing the whole job that day and had all the material in his van. Would highly recommend.

Having used many plumbers in recent years with an older home, Jason was a breath of fresh air. Knowledgeable, courteous, fast-working, he explained what he was doing in layman's terms as he worked to keep us in the loop on progress. He showed up a bit late but was very apologetic and explained the hold-up. His price was very reasonable, and in the end he did a great job in difficult circumstances. It was a pleasure doing business with him. We're very happy with his work and strongly recommend him to others.

Jason arrived within the hour promised, assessed the situation and completed the work in short order, no non-sense. He was professional and friendly. Had I known that he was the go to plumber in town I would have called on him for all my previous plumbing work. I have a few more things that will need to be fixed in the near future and he will be the one I call.

Jason was very professional. He walked in the door and went right to the first bathroom. He did the work quickly and when he was finished, he honored the price he had quoted and explained the very reasonable additional cost for parts.

Jason does amazing work! He's fast, thorough, and efficient. We initially hired him to repair a broken pipe in our bathroom and called him back to install a toilet. Not only did he install the toilet but he also installed our vanity in the same hour. I was extremely thankful because I was in a bind at the time. He doesn't waste any time and his work is excellent. I actually referred a friend to him for some future work in their kitchen. I will definitely be using him for all our plumbing needs and future work for our heating!! A+++

Jason came out to do an emergency repair during the Superbowl. He arrived promptly, quickly fixed the burst pipe, and probably prevented significant further damage to my house.

We recently purchased a home and completely rehabbed it and Jason did all the plumbing for us. He has been absolutely terrific, from the first contact, coming out quickly, providing us with an accurate estimate of cost and time for all facets of the job. Jason's work ethic is extraordinary, from early morning until evening, he is always available to help out. He works very quickly and effectively, the guy never walks, always a half run and always pleasant to deal with regardless of what surprises he encounters in a rehab job. Jason was very creative in enabling us to get a laundry area on the 2nd floor of a house where none had been before. Always finds a solution! I will always use him for all my plumbing and heating needs and will certainly recommend him to anyone that needs plumbing help. Can't say enough good things about him.

Jason was great. He showed up when he said he would, found the correct water valve, came back shortly after and replaced it.

Jason was very knowledgeable and efficient. He suggested an alternate solution to my problem that saved me about $400. I was very happy with his work and will be calling him again for additional work next spring.

The geyser had started Saturday night and brought under control after some flooding and scary soaking of electrical elements by my husband. Jason had done prior work at our house that went very well. So we called him Saturday night and he called back immediately!!! He made an appt to be at our house at 8:30 Sunday morning. He arrived early. Thank goodness! We were kind of freaking out. He is efficient, fast, and knows his stuff. He went out and got a part he needed and returned quickly to finish the work. His emergency Sunday rate was more than fair. We highly recommend him. He is now our plumber as far as we're concerned; which is nice for us because we have additional work we need to plan.

We closed on a house Friday, 9/5, and on our walkthrough before closing noticed that there was a leaky faucet in the basement where the washer had been. We knew that the leak would be hidden when the new washer was hooked up, but my husband is thorough and likes his peace of mind. He called up Extra Time and a gentleman was able to stop by in the afternoon to fix up the faucet and take care of another minor concern my husband had with the water tank. We were aware that the issues were minor, but the gentleman was very courteous, understanding, and helpful.

We had just moved to the area and had a few things break down. Shower head, sprinkler system, toilet flusher, etc. Jason was really great to work with and explain as he went along what he was doing and how long it might take to complete once parts were available. Just called him again for few other jobs and I'm sure we will get the same results as last time. Thanks to Angie's list we found a great plumber that we keep on speed dial!

We were looking for a quote for work needed on a home we were going to buy. Extra Time was quick to respond and willing to come do the quote for us, but unfortunately we did end up deciding it needed to much work and backed out of the purchase. We would definitely contact them again should the need arise.

Jason was very responsive and professional. We were able to take care f most of the business via e-mail and phone. I was not available when Jason showed up, but my wife was. She felt he was very professional and helpful. He even took care of a another minor issue while here and didn't charge us. In addition, he was very helpful when we had questions later on. I will be using Jason again!

I contacted a few plumbers on Friday afternoon and did not really expect to hear from any until that evening or the next day. However Jason responded within a couple of hours. The estimate I received was reasonable for the work I described. He was able to fit me in on Monday! He showed up within a time frame I think is reasonable for someone who has to travel from one unfamiliar place to to another. He knew exactly what was wrong with all three items and quickly went about his business. He answered all of my questions and gave me a tip for maintaining my water heater which I appreciated. He worked quickly and efficiently and was very professional. The cost for the parts and labor was 170.00 but with the 25.00 off coupon it came to 145.00! I would definitely recommend him to friends and family and would hire him again.

I called Jason at 8:00 this morning - he said he'd call me back to let me know when he could come out. He called back and came at the end of the day. He quickly found the problem and fixed it in no time. Jason was very pleasant, did what he said he would do and fixed the issue. You can't ask for more than that! I've found my new plumber :-)

He did a very good job. I got him off of Angie’s List and he deserves his A rating. He came on time very promptly, did a great job. I would hire him again.
