I am a second time mom who just went back to work from maternity leave. My husband travels for work and I have been having a rough time finding time for playing with my kids, cooking, bedtime routine, and cleaning all after 5pm. I decided I needed some help so I joined Angie's List and noticed that Tasha had the top score for this area. I sent her a message on her website and she got back to me right away. She came to my house for a free estimate and came that week for the first cleaning. My, oh my, I don't think my house has ever been so clean. She did an amazing job! The house was spotless. I wish she could come very day. I have no regrets hiring her and she has been coming every other week since. She is so sweet and keeps in constant contact. You will not regret hiring her at all!

Called and LVM. Tasha got right back to me. Fit us in ASAP for a quote. Then showed up with the team just prior to her vacation to squeeze us in. Excellent Job. Would highly recommend them. I became a weekly customer on the spot.

Very well. I usually have errands to run, and can trust them well enough to go away and return after they have left to find our floors spotless, everything dusted and organized, and the bathroom and kitchen surfaces all cleaned.

This person failed to return my calls. I found that very unprofessional.

The house was in great shape. Everything was clean and sparkling. My carpeted stairs, which I have been contemplating replacing because they are so awful, looked amazing! I even had a guest this weekend that asked if I had replaced the carpet. They are here now for their third visit, as I decided to have them come regularly since they did such a good job. My kitchen counter had been slightly re-arranged to be even better than I had it!

Tasha was very quick to come and provide an estimate. She then was able to schedule quickly and most importantly did a wonderful job at the house. I have since had her help out w/ pre-listing cleaning of 2 homes for sale. Both times, she was able to squeeze in a cleaning quickly and did an amazing job (both houses sold quickly and looked great!). I highly recomend her.

When I first moved here, I had a couple other local services come in and they were either (a) insanely expensive, even with a coupon! or (b) sloppy. Tasha is reasonably priced, my house is always spotless when she leaves! and she is a pleasure to talk to. As far as I am concerned, she is the house cleaning Trifecta!! I highly recommend her.

For years leading up to this arrangement, I?ve balked at hiring a cleaning service. Cleaning is not a particularly difficult task, and this is not by any means a necessary expense. When first thinking about bringing in professionals, it seemed excessive. Several months ago, I decided it was time to bring in the professionals. My husband and I have full-time jobs and two young children, which leaves little time for tasks like vacuuming and scrubbing the bathroom. I asked friends and co-workers living in the area for cleaning service recommendations, but this yielded no results. I turned to Angie's List for suggestions, and I decided to give Pearsall Clean a try based on their excellent reviews. I spoke to Tasha (the owner) and she set up an appointment for an estimate at my convenience. Upon meeting her she struck me as very professional, friendly and trustworthy. She quoted the initial cleaning at $150. Based on the assumption that regular upkeep would help reduce future cleaning needs, subsquent bi-weekly appointments are priced at $115. Two days after meeting Tasha and receiving my on the spot estimate, she returned with her assistant to clean the house. It looked like every crevice had been cleaned, and the sticky fingerprints of my children had disappeared. I was completely happy with the service and I will look forward to each visit. In my case, my time is valuable, and I?m sure most people have the same opinion of their time, as well. My effort is better spent working on a project or enjoying my children than mopping floors. I?m not at all averse to this type of labor, but I have found that it?s worthwhile for me to hire professionals who do it better and more efficiently, while my time is free to concentrate on other aspects of my life. Pearsall Clean is helping me to do that to my great relief. I recommend them highly.

We look forward to having Tasha come and clean every week! She is a true professional - diligent, trustworthy, and thorough. What's more she is extremely friendly and a pleasure to have working in the house. When she leaves every surface sparkles, the bathrooms are spotless, and the kitchen is immaculate. I knew she was truly top notch when she took it upon herself to replace our very old shower curtain liner. Today she put a penny in our vase of tulips to help them stand up. It is that kind of attention to detail that makes her a stand out and one of kind.

I like that she offers multiple forms of payment and responds back quickly. I decided to go with the automatic billing through my credit card. This was my first experience hiring someone to clean my home and WOW! I was so impressed with Tasha. Her response was very prompt, she came out to our home to do an estimate extremely quickly. From the first interaction she was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. We recently had a new baby and returning to work, I was very nervous about keeping up with all the household chores and being able to spend enough time with my family. On the first day Tasha came to clean, I walked in to a spotless, beautiful, tidied, sweet smelling home. Even my husband, whom I had a hard time convincing, was blown away! Our kitchen sink had never looked so clean, our appliances were sparkling, and there was a sweet, but not overpowering, clean smell throughout the house. We had originally planned on just having monthly cleaning, but are so thrilled with the service that we are upping to bi-weekly. We have a dog, cat, new baby and two adults in the house and all of the animal hair, crumbs, EVERYTHING was picked up off carpets, wood floor, vinyl and upholstery. What a nice picture to come home to!

As you can tell by the reviews here, Tasha and her team do a great job. Our house was clean and smelled fabulous when we returned home. As someone mentioned in a different review, the house has a light "clean" scent when you return. It isn't overpowering, but is really lovely. She actually cleaned a couple of areas above and beyond what we'd discussed. Even my three year old commented on how "pretty" the house looked. We are on an every other week service and were very pleased with how quickly she fit us into her schedule. This is a great locally owned company and I highly recommend them.

It is great to come home to a "Pearsall Clean" house...the house smells fresh but not overwhelming. The granite and hardwoods sparkle and everything is nice and tidy! Tasha does a great job and goes out of her way to accommodate. She has a detective's eye for dirt and looks up, down and all around. She is the only house cleaner that I have had is 20+ years that sanitizes the light switches; her attention to detail is appeciated.

I had to leave numerous messages for Tasha (the owner) before she returned my call. We finally connected and set up a time and schedule for her company to do bi-weekly residential cleaning. Pearsall Cleaning LLC cleaned my home on three occasions. The first time there were obvious fingerprints from my child left on the slider door and his room wasn't straightened-I thought it was just a matter of it being the first visit and contacted Tasha to let her know and she assured me it would be done the next time. The second time still the obvious finger prints were on the slider door, there was grime left on the shower doors and there was about an inch of dust and cobwebs on my ceiling fans that I hadn't noticed before because they were running. The last time they came to clean was 9/18/12. This time Tasha came with the usual housekeeper, Jaime, and I left a polite note along with my check outlining the things that had been missed the past 2 visits. This time the microwave wasn't cleaned (something that I put off because they were coming that day). All three times I contacted Tasha and politely explained my expectations-that if I'm paying someone to clean my house I expect it to be clean. A day after the third appointment Tasha contacted me via email and told me her company wouldn't be returning to clean for me any longer as "it wasn't a good fit" I cant agree more. If you're not expecting a thorough job or don't mind paying for someone to clean your house only to have to clean things they miss then this is the company for you. Also, if you give feedback about things not getting done be prepared to not be a good fit for them. I found Pearsall Clean through Angie's List and went on the reviews here which is why I'm writing about my experience. I don't want anyone else to waste their money like I did.

Tasha (and hubby) came out to clean this past weekend. Great job! Tasha spent tons of time in the kitchen and cleanred every single inch to perfection. Thank you Tasha!

Made an appointment and the service provider never showed up to clean the house. They did not send any one else out for replacement. Service provider could not locate the person that was to clean the house. This has happened twice with this person.

I really wish I could rate Tasha higher than an A. My family and I just moved into our new home and unfortunately, the previous owners didn't clean up too well when they left. I called Tasha Monday morning and explained my situation and how I didn't really like having my family (including a 5 mo old baby) in a dirty house. She immediately came to my rescue. When I arrived home Monday eveniing my home smelled, felt, and looked a thousand times better! Tasha followed up in a text message later in the evening to ensure I was happy with the cleaning. I was VERY happy with it and I will definately be back in touch in the future.Thank you Tasha (and Tasha's Hubby)!

Tasha did a very thorough job and is clearly a very hard worker. I found her level of communication excellent and appreciated her patience with my numerous reschedulings of the consultation/estimation meeting. Tasha showed up when we agreed and stayed until the job was done, which ended up being longer than estimated. The house was a mess when she arrived and so clean when she left that we were hesitant to let our three kids back in '-). We're going to continue to use her services on an as-needed basis.

We found Pearsall Clean on Angiestlist.com which had great reviews & they were bonded, licensed & insured which meant to us they were running a honest, upfront business. Tasha came by the house for an estimate & she was full of enthusiasm & positive ...energy. The quote for the cleaning was a fair price & she came back a week later for our 1st bi-weekly cleaning. Pearsall Clean is NOT run-of-the-mill cleaning services, this was ROCK STAR and truly magnificently clean!!! The house smelled clean & fresh and every room was sparkling. Especially the kitchen & bathrms. Tasha and her company have a very creative edge and great marketing. Love the logo and she was kind enough to leave a great microwave splatter guard with the Pearsall Clean logo for us on one of their visits, what a great idea! They have loads of positive energy and the attention to detail is off the charts. Very happy with Tasha & Pearsall Clean. We intend to keep her company around for a very long time!!
