irrigation systems
 + -1 moreOur first attempt at contacting Salem Irrigation was after we purchased a property with one of their systems installed. During excavation on the property one of the pipes was hit, prompting us to call to see if they retained any records or maps detailing the installation so we could prevent future damage. They do not make nor retain any such records. With a few more years passing, excavation complete, and more damage inflicted, we called to set up a time for them to give us an estimate of what it may cost to bring the system back to life. We were told that they do not do free estimates; they would charge us $75 to send someone out to assess the situation. Also: be aware that there is only someone there to answer the phone between 11a.m. and 1p.m. on weekdays.
Description of Work: Although they originally installed the lawn irrigation system on our property for prior owners, they would not provide a no-cost estimate for bringing the system back to life.
