Friendly individuals who arrived as scheduled. Our furniture did not come out as clean as we hoped, but generally speaking, we are satisfied with this vendor s work.

Chris was professional over the phone and called the morning of when he said he would to check in. They showed up on time and were quick to finish. The only complaint I had was that he didn't check in with me during the service and go over the job after they finished. It turns out they didn't do under the beds like he said he would do.

My living room looks great, several stains were removed and old carpet was brightened. However, my stairs did not look professionally cleaned. I understand they are a bit more difficult to work with, but that s why they cost more to do. I was disappointed with that part of the job.

the cleaning of the tile was very good, but when they applied the sealing was blotchy and uneven.

We were quoted between $100-200. After working an hour, we were charged $350.00. They did unclogged but I felt 250.00 would have been reasonable. I am angry. We are seniors trying to stay in our home and this put a real dent in our finances.
