He was supposed to be doing some asbestos inspections for us. He completed the work and for a decent price. Little did we know he either let his license lapse or never had one. The inspections needed to be redone and he no longer answers the phone. The biggest letdown was that he no longer communicated with us to even let us know what had happened. It cost us time more than anything, and that is more valuable than anything else.

On time and a nice job all around.

It went well. Very knowledgeable, painless process. He went out of his way to find the water heater I needed. When I have problems or emergencies he drops everything to come help me. If he doesn't know about the issue he knows people that do.

Patrick repaired bathroom floor after it sustained water damage in my mobile home. Floor was not level and had to be fixed again. Even though this was covered by insurance, the repair stopped at the door, and additional damage to the floor in the adjacent bedroom was not repaired and subsequently had to be fixed by a different company. Patrick also replaced the toilet and it was later discovered to have been connected to the sewer line with tape which of course let loose (so to speak) so sewage was dumping on the ground under the home. When we discovered the sewage problem, we also discovered that the insulation under the subfloor was laying on the ground under the mobile home, even though Patrick billed me for enclosing under the house with and quot;beaver boardand quot;, which was obviously never done since we can see when looking under the home and insulation is laying on the ground. Such a bad job! I called him to complain and never got a call back and then ran into him a few months later and asked for him to come back and fix this and he always says and quot;no problem, no problemand quot; and then never shows up.
Patrick also did a terrible job of installing wainscoting at my mother's house which was supposed to be painted white. The knots show through, it was never sanded, has lethally sharp corners (not rounded as is usually done on the upper moldings) and when my mother explained the poor quality to Patrick, he told her and quot;no problem, no problemand quot; and sent his daughter over to inspect and then never came back to fix the problems. The job was so poorly done (door jams cut out and never finished, poor paint job, poor installation).
DO NOT USE THE SERVICES OF PATRICK LINTON UNLESS YOU ARE PREPARED TO PAY UPFRONT FOR A CRAPPY JOB THAT MAY NEVER BE FINISHED. He keeps saying he's coming back to finish and then never does. The quality of the work is so inferior I would totally stay clear.

The job went very good as far as I am concerned. I was there almost every day and saw what they were doing plus thee boss Patrick would take pictures and email them to me.

Oh, by the way 4 days before Christmas Pat was called because we had no heat. He was there in 1 hour. Pat determined the transformer was gone and all the pipes were rotted. (We replaced the furnace 5 years ago. Not by Pat) Pat got a new furnance and piping and was done in about 4 hours. Who could ask for more?

I had just bought this mobile home and it needed some repairs and Services Unlimited was recommended by the previous owner who said they were good fair company. I was very happy with the job that was done and the price I paid. I would recommend them and I will use them again.

The job went extremely well.... I called on Tuesday evening about leakage - was told to shut off water... They came next morning (Wednesdsay), tore up carpet, linoleum... unhooked toilet and removed it.... sprayed because of mold - leaking had been going on for a few weeks unnoticed by me. They made an appointment to come early Saturday morning to complete the job. They took care of it temporarily as Mr. Linton had some other emergency commitments and I had another bathroom to use in the meantime.... Mr. Linton made an emergency stop back here because mold smell bad and sprayed again.... Saturday morning (early) Mr. Linton and another worker showed up and fixed everything beautifully. Replaced flooring, insulation, put linoleum and carpet back in place... Great Job accomplished.... I am extremely satisfied with Services Unlimited work, quality and attitudes.... Excellent workmanship and congenial attitudes... that is extremely rare nowadays.... I've enjoyed Mr. Linton's (owner) services over past 3-4 years.... I highly recommend him and his crew.... they guarantee their work.... They are A #1 in my book...

They've done roof work, put in flooring, painting, bathroom work, remodeling, plumbing. He does not do electrical but he does have someone that comes out for him. He installed my central air in. He has done a million jobs for me and I have not had a single complaint. He also built both of my decks, one of them is a huge deck. He has installed windows and doors for us. If you call him he is there right away. If it is an emergency, he is there immediately.
