First, they never installed the return line to our outside unit leaving a gaping hole in our floor and allowing sub-zero air to our house/heating unit. This led to eating up 200 gallons of propane in a month. Upon discovery, they blamed it on a non-existant employee and tried to put off repairs, i demanded immediate correction. A year later, water was discovered in the inflow and return lines again due to their lack of craftsmanship and work ethic leading to a $1000 replacement by another contractor. Just recently, I found one rooms floor vent wasn't connected leading to dumping any air into the underside of my home and another flex duct too long and bound up like a pretzel. Legally I cannot recoup any money through the court and stuck with their crap work. Durant deserves to be stripped of any certification and disallowed from performing this type of service.
