Bought a new house with two pre-existing pellet stoves. One of them was installed incorrectly and cannot be used without major work. The other was well used and needed a very thorough cleaning, new igniter, repair. Paul spent HOURS working on both stoves. We still can't use one without a new venting system, but the other one is working far better! Thank goodness since we use it to heat most of our house and this NH winter has been a very cold one so far.

It was a great experience. Got back to me quickly and the price was fair. Did what he said he would do when he said he would do it.

If anything defines Paul, it is courtesy and promptness. I'd hire Paul any day, He didn't just clean our chimney, he took our wood stove insert apart and found that it was clogged. Another guy that we previously hired, then fired, would have just left the wood stove to start a fire or suffocate us. THANKS PAUL!

We were completely snowed in after the 2014 Holiday's storms, over 2 feet!. We had called other companies but only Paul made the effort within just a few hours. He was extremely polite and an excellent job was done. We look forward to using him again & for our Spring home renovations!

He came the day I called, He was the most thorough chimney cleaner we have ever called. He offered advice and was extremely pleasant. I would recommend him to anyone.
