It was an emergency situation main breaker issue that left us without power. They responded very quickly to my phone call and came within several hours. The little delay was because they did not have that particular breaker in stock. John Perrow did an excellent job and quickly fixed the problem. He followed up twice to make sure that every thing was ok. I could not have asked for a better experience. I will definitely use them again for the many remaining electrical issues at our "new" house.
