We cannot thank bathflip enough for our new shower area. They did such a wonderful job. The two workers were friendly and respectful and kept us updated throughout the whole project. They showed up promptly in the time frame we were given and they were gone by 5pm. They cleaned up everything like they werenâ t even here. I could not recommend then enough; our consultant was very straight forward and clear with pricing and did not even attempt to upsell us.

I needed a total remodel of my very old bathroom, and a friend told me that these guys were the best of the best! I'm so happy I too their advice because my bathroom looked like new in jus a couple of days! New BEAUTIFUL shower, sink and toilet and it didn't cost an arm and a leg! WOULDN'T RECOMMEND ANYONE ELSE TO GET THE JOB DONE!

I have waited years to redo my master bathroom. After many outrageous quotes I decided to go with PIC for the quality of their products and great price point. I couldn't be happier with the final product. I was a customer who changed my mind a few times through out the process and the office team made sure I got everything I wanted. This project has been a long time coming. I entertained a couple of different quotes. I have to say from the initial call, to sales, to planning, to financing, to install and clean up, it was terrific. During the sales period I was asked about my expectations. I said I want the job to be finished once it is started and not experience delays, because we only have one bathroom. I also said I wanted it to be the kind of work that I would write a positive review about. Here we are.

I will recommend to my family and friends. They replaced my broken tub and shower surround with beautiful tile and a new tub. All in one day! Everyone I spoke to at the office and the install team were friendly, professional, and very helpful. Great quality and workmanship. Very happy with the finished product.

Like many 100+ year old homes, once you open the walls, you find more that needs to be done. They had to replace the subfloor and reinforce until the toilet. Level the floor in the new shower. All for the original price quoted and agreed to!! Excellent value for the money. Gerat customer service, all through the project prep planning and execution, and follow thru. Thank you
