Please be aware that the promise of a 1 Day installation is really a 4 day affair.

It took awhile but the job looks good.

They did a beautiful, but there was no communication. We had to replace the walls, so they stripped the tile, however not the section of 1 1/2 inches to the left of the enclosure. If they communicated that we would have had our carpenter remove it. So this is what I am left with after spending 15,000. Complained twice sent a picture. Basically tough.

PIC Home did renovation jobs in the bathrooms of my home and workers did good job and I am happy what they have done. But I believe that I was overcharged for the remodeling project. I was originally given a written quote which clearly indicated that all plumbing work was included as part of the quoted price. When I was ready to sign the contract doing the job and asked if toilets and vanity in both bathrooms will be removed and put back after new tiles are put on the floors, same sales person told me that an additional $900 is needed for the removal and re-installation of the toilet and sink! (Otherwisie, tiles will be put around them). Then the workers told me the removal and re-installation of the toilets and vanities are appropriate process of installing tiles, I questioned the salesperson about that $900 charge and he insisted that it was not included in the original quote. I paid whole charge since the project had started.

Beautiful shower. Very professional and competent work team. Removal of tub and installation of walk-in shower, all done in ten hours start to finish.

The roof leaked several times. The last time, no one came to service it. I found a contractor to do the work. Pic did not even reimburse me even though the roof was supposed to have a warranty. Would NOT recommend.

Cleaned up completely after completed.

The 2 men they sent were great. They advised me every step of the way. I felt that I had finally found someone I trusted. I was making choices. I can't Express how happy I am.

We recently had a one day bath install and it came out beautifully! Everyone we've encountered through PIC Home Pros has been kind and helpful and has gone above and beyond our expectations. We will (and already have) be referring your company to family and friends. Thank you again for an excellent job!

Keep giving false promises.

Happy with carenter, not happy with the company kept promising to come out and giving false promises and job still not completed.

We love the shower, It is so beautiful. They installed the whole thing in two days, using beautiful acrylic tiles, a high end base, and a handy shave bar and built in shelves. When they did not have something we wanted, they offered a free upgrade to a higher end alternative. Our friends have all been so impressed by our new shower as we were excited to work with the company because of the lifetime warranty, because they are communicative (Anthony has been a pleasure to work with) and the photos of their work on their site. Not only did we have problems with leakage before that is no longer a problem, but this will also raise the value of our home. We actually shower even more now, as we are excited to use this beautiful space, and it is easier to clean. I would recommend them to anyone.

The guy who did the install was great and knowledgeable. the downside is the sales team they really sold us a dream he told us it was a one day project and it wasn't he failed to go over the shape of my bathroom would be in after an overall I do not feel as the tub was worth the price.

Toke 50 min to tell me it’s $9456 for just bathtub renovation. Not including vanity, mirror, and light. Poor presentation and very expensive. Quality maybe amazing but I don’t need it to last 100 years due to great quality. I’m going to rip bathroom out and re do it again in 30 yers because style will change.

The Communication and relay of information from salesman to Workers doing the job was greatly wanting. Salesman promised 1. Quality to match sample photos 2. That A supervisor would come on site to give advice about proper venting TO MEET THE REQUIREMENT To avoid warranty being void. We had to request it when he did not show up at all. A very important copy of the remedial certificate was not shown to us by the salesman, we had to request a copy of it. It contained the warranty requirements.
