I have to thank PIC Home Pros for a truly professional quality job on the installation of my new Storm-master roof. I was pleased and grateful that our project manager made extra efforts to accommodate our schedule, and that he communicated with us throughout the project. I must say, I was especially impressed by our job foreman, whose knowledge of the roofing process was evident from start to finish. He directed his team with great skill, and they worked harmoniously, politely, and carefully. There was no loud yelling, no arguing, and no blasting boom boxes, and each night they left the job-site clean and tidy. Truly, before the project got underway, I was very concerned about possible damage to the custom-made rain gutters, the floor-to-ceiling screens on the porch, and the gardens that surround the house. But the Home Pros crew went to great pains to keep from damaging anything. Of course, the roof looks great, from the peaks and valleys to the skylights and the chimney flashing, it made my house look new again. And best of all, there are no leaks! This was a job done right!

Customer service care was really bad, essentially the sales man. We feel like he said whatever good before the sale, and did opposite after the sale. For example, we asked him to come to give us an estimates to finish our basement after the first sales. He was not answered our request, and never answer our calls. Also, we requested the mold, and waterproof certification after their finished their works, they required us to pay in full, but after paying them in full, they aren't giving us any certifications as requested.

Decided to go with a metal roof. This company was a pleasure to do business with.

I hired PIC to install a drain system in my garage and the craftsmanship was great. They would not accept final payment until I was completely satisfied with the job. They actually came back out to do some rework at no additional cost just to ensure I was completely satisfied prior to closing out the job. I would recommend PIC Home Pros.

I was very please with the response and the work. The only reason I gave a 4 1/2 rating is that due to snow on the ground the final steps to direct any pumped water away from the house could not be finalized. They are due to come back when the snow is gone to complete the job. I a also waiting on paperwork/guarantee

Overall, our experience with PIC was great! PIC waterproofed and finished our basement. The project did take a few weeks longer than expected, but the quality of the work was worth the wait. Anthony and his team were prompt when responding to our questions. We will strongly consider PIC for future home projects.

We hired PIC Home Pros to waterproof our basement and remove the mold issues. The installation went perfect. They were professional and polite the entire time. The job took 5 days to complete because of the mold, but we are very happy with the final result. We would highly recommend PIC Home Pros for any waterproofing or mold removal.

Shawn and his crew did an excellent and professional job replacing the roof. All questions and concerns were answered promptly. They took all the stress out of replacing the roof.

The company did a great job. They were all very nice and friendly. They were quick and they all seem to be very professional. Love my new roof. I definitely would recommend this company. The materials that they used were very high quality. My roof looks nice.

I ended up repairing cracks and putting in an new french drain and sump system.

What they sold me is not what the provided!!! They only wrapped the house rather than provide the quality of material they promised at meet to sell the job. They also back pedaled on the price the following day when they wrote the job up. I was very disappointed in the salesman, Joe McDonald who quoted one thing and delivered far less than expected. Anthony only showed up after the wrong wrap was in place. I paid far too much for the job considering what was delivered. The actual contractor, Dave who did the work did an incrediable job.

Anthony and his whole team were very professional. He was prompt with scheduling and the job was completed in 1 day, before the rains started the next day. Will consider them when I'm ready to side the house.
