Ron was very accommodating to our changing schedule and was able to come in and repair the carpet in a single day. Ron went above and beyond for my family and I when we hired him to install carpet in 2 bedrooms. Upon his visit to measure the bedrooms he noticed one of the rooms was missing a threshold (the door to my Grandmothers room) and on the day of his install, to our surprise, he brought a threshold and installed it free of charge. When we asked about it he simply said that he noticed it was missing and wanted to make sure the transition had a smooth and safe threshold for our Grandmother. We are still grateful for his kindness and will definitely refer him to our friends and family!

Ron was great. He was a little late the first day, but made efforts to let me know when he would be onsite. His attitude and work ethic are first rate. He helped me out with information and advice while I was doing some carpentry for him to carpet over. Highly recommended!
