Todd arrived as planned and was cleaning the house within 10 minutes after we had a short cordial conversation. His process was new to me as I'm used to "pressure washing" of the entire house. His procedure involved soaking down all of our shrubs first, cleaning the house with a relatively soft water stream which includes a bleaching agent, and then soaking down all the shrubs once again. The process did a great job on the vinyl siding. I asked him to do the front cement stairs and the cement that supports the bulkhead. The process didn't work very well on the cement at least not as compared to what a full pressure washing would do. I was very pleased with the overall results on the house and completely satisfied with Todd and his sons' work. I might suggest that the Clean Exteriors web page describe the process he uses just to ensure his clients understand that his process is not the typical pressure washing we are all familiar with. Great job Todd, I'll be calling you again in a year or two.

Clean Interiors went above and beyond what they were hired to do, they offered recommendations of products for some work which had nothing to do with what they were hired. Showed up just as they said they would. My luck with Home Advisor has not been the best. But I am so glad they were the first to respond.
