Description of Work: The pipe to the sewer line was blocked and as a result water was backing up into our home. We called the next morning and the worker from All Drain was here later that morning. They cleared the pipe and cleaned some of the mess.

 + 1 moreWe had major water problems in the garage. We couldn't figure out what was going on. Looked like we had a blocked pipe. Husband tried to snake it out but it didn't fix the problem. All Drain came out, gave us an estimate. Snaked the pipe out, then checked out the septic. It was all done within a matter of days. Problem fixed. Clean up done. We would use them again!

 + 1 moreCompletely well. It was late in the day because the previous provider to pump the septic was VERY late. Still, they came and unplugged the drain quickly and cleanly. I appreciated the positive and communicative attitude of the plumber.
Description of Work: A main septic drain was clogged. They were available by phone on Saturday of Labor Day weekend. The plumber knew what to do, was equipped with the tools, addresses a site-specific challenge, and quickly fixed the problem. He communicated about what he was doing, and didn't leave a mess. The price quoted included the surcharge for the holiday weekend. He told me when he would be there, he called when he was on the way (which was when he predicted). I will use this company again.

After establishing that it wasn't an issue he could fix, the guy went above and beyond the call of duty in helping us track the problem down so we could figure out who to call to get it resolved before we had major property damage. The price was extremely reasonable for a couple of hours of really dirty work!
Description of Work: Our condo had a sewer backup problem. They came out on short notice and power snaked the sewer out for 150+ feet. This work was performed March. 2007.

 + -1 moreThey did a beautiful job. They are very good with septic. They were detailed and did a great job. I was very impressed. It was a lot of work because they had to dig a lot of trenches and put in steps for the water drainage. They did the work though and were gone in a short amount of time and they did it for a good price.
Description of Work: I was having problems with the dry wells at my home because they were clogged with dirt from the gutters. They came in and put in an elaborate system that takes the drainage off the house.

 + -1 moreWe called All Drain for emergency service twice in the past when we had overflows due to former tenants flushing those things you probably shouldn't in a 100+ year old house. I decided I wanted to sign up for a yearly program just in case to avoid the possibility of it happening again. I called and was greeted cheerily, and an appointment was made for a few days later. The drain cleaner was a bit late because someone at the office misspelled my street name on his work sheet. The work was performed quickly and efficiently, and I was assured that no further work would be needed as long as we kept up the annual check.
Description of Work: Yearly maintenance check to make sure drain to street is free from roots and debris. I signed up for the yearly maintenance agreement which lowers the annual cost by about $40. Drain was checked and cleared.

IN THIS REPORT, I LISTED THEIR 978 NUMBER BUT THEY ALSO HAVE A 617.357.5355 AND A TOLL FREE 866.284.6400 THEIR SERVICE WAS EXCELLENT; AND SEVERAL OF MY FRIENDS THINK THE COST WAS CHEAP. I HAVE NO WAY TO MEASURE THIS, BUT THEIR QUOTES SEEMED AVERAGE/HIGH. MY INVOICE NUMBER WAS 21831 AND ANYONE CONSIDERING USING THIS COMPANY OUGHT TO GET THE NAME OF THE TECH WHO CAME OUT TO THE HOUSE... HE WAS GREAT! THEY WERE VERY NEAT; DID NOT LEAVE THE BASEMENT A MESS. I'M GIVING THEM AN A.
