I am pleased with the workmanship and conscientious of the Northern Ridge crew. There was one scheduling glitch, but communication was on the whole excellent. Brian made sure everything was to my satisfaction before invoicing me. I would like to look into other remodeling projects with Northern Ridge.

Brian was very professional and his team completed the job on time and under budget. they were great about cleaning the house every night before going home. Highly recommended.

The only downside was that I was charged for additional molding without actually speaking to a anyone. Although the additional cost was not excessive I really wish a work foreman made a appearance while the work was be done. At present I really have no issues with the work that was done. I would definitely recommend them for any exterior painting projects.

My project has just started. So far, I'm extremely impressed. The owner came out to give me an estimate, and discuss what I wanted for my home exterior staining. Very professional, courteous, and honest. The first stage of washing my home to prepare for staining was also impressive. The foreman who is overseeing the project arrived, and again reviewed everything that will take place. The crew then cleaned my home in only 2 hours! Again very impressive. Prior to leaving, they neatly stacked all the ladders that they used completely out of the way, which is even more important to me because I have a large dog on a run who loves to get into trouble with new objects in the yard. So far, I'm extremely happy with Northern Ridge and highly recommend them.

Excellent crew of painters, did a great job in a very timely manner. The owner and crew leader were responsive to my concerns and overall did a great job.

I highly recommend Northern Ridge painting for small or large scale painting projects. Brian (owner), Corey (Project manager) and Lucas (site lead) were extremely responsive on all details or questions I had with the project. Their decision making was always based on what was best for the paint job end result rather than what might have been best for them. The paint job end result was as good as we had hoped it would be and better.

Northern Ridge was professional from start to finish. The communication before the project started was excellent. The crew was friendly, efficient and made every attempt to make sure that I was satisfied. I appreciated the walk around after the job was complete. There was one small area that I had neglected to mention and a crew member immediately took care of it. I would recommend Northern Ridge in a second!

I am very happy with the work that Northern Ridge did. They were so easy to work with, and the team that painted the house was friendly and professional. After the job was complete, their foreman did a walk around with me to make sure that everything was to my liking, and to make sure that I was 100% satisfied. I couldn't have made a better choice in painting companies.

Hired Northern Ridge and they sub contracted the work to another company. The guys that did the work did a very good job, but I would preferred NR had let me know ahead of time. I knew nothing about the contractor and think if I had been given some up front info on them, I would have been more comfortable with the process. Northern Ridge did stand behind the work, and made sure we were happy in the end. I would definitely hire them again in the future, but I would be more diligent in knowing what the plan was.

When deciding on what company to paint my house it was important for the person giving me the estimate to listen to me (what am I looking for) and give me an estimate that is fair (I'm looking for quality not the least expensive option) and that is what Brian (the owner) did. The job and the overall experience exceeded my expectations. My entire neighborhood noticed what a great job the "crew" did on my home that 2 other homes have since had there homes painted by Northern Ridge. The quality of the work was excellent and the "crew", led be foreman Jesse, was very professional and friendly. The work ethic was 2nd to none as they arrived each day around 8:00 am and did not leave until 7:00 pm (my home was completed in June). I really liked the fact that Jesse suggested I look at the work each day and offer feedback (if it was needed) and the "crew" would take care of anything the next day. Lastly, when my home was complete, Jesse came back one day later to review the job (to make sure it was up to there standards) and he noticed a couple minor problems, pointed them out to me, and had the "crew" back later that day to make sure my house was 100% the way it should be. Great experience, clean and professional.

The whole job was done so well. My front soffit and fascia boards were also replaced as part of the work using white plastic boards as I had specified. The gutters were removed and replaced after the new "lumber" was installed. Presumed lead paint scrapings were collected and disposed as well as the rotted wood (soffit and fascia). The whole job was done in a few days. Brian also helped me replace my screens from ladders while I was inside the house fastening the screen latches. (That was not part of the written contract.) I couldn't be happier.

Decided to use Northern Ridge to paint the exterior of my house since they did such a superb job with the installation of my hardwood floors. And they again did not disappoint. I was given a fair quote and timeline for the job. The job was started when they said it would. I was kept up to date by the wonderful office manager Jess- what a gem. All my questions were answered. The workers were fantastic, polite and did quality work. Never saw anyone work so hard as these men. I would highly recommend Northern Ridge. Brian Alexander's Northern Ridge is top notch.

Provided a detailed quote for our project that left no doubts on the service he was providing. The painting job by his employees was excellent they were very concienous of or home and surroundings. I highly recommend Northern Ridge. They were superb from the beginning of the project through to its completion. Brian responded quickly in evaluating and giving an estimate. The estimate was fair and on the mark. He started the project when he said he would and it was completed in a timely fashion. The team that did the work was excellent.. They were professional and courteous. The work that was done was beyond my expectations. I especially commend Corey who did an extraordinary job. It was refreshing to have a contractor do what they say they will do. Again, I highly recommend Northern Ridge.

Right out of the gate Northern Ridge Painters were on point. From receiving a quote, setting up an appointment and the execution of the work being done they were: professional, respectful, and on time. They completed the job without any delays and it was a wonderful experience.

Northern Ridge did a great job on place. From the start they were professional, courteous, and on time. A very nice touch was that they operate based on a formalized contract, which clearly spells out the scope of work, their warranty, and other terms related to the service being performed. I was consistently informed as to when the work crew would be at our place, and what they would be doing on a particular day. On top of that, the quality of their work was excellent. I cannot recommend them enough. The only "slight" I can mention about my experience with them is that I thought the pricing for some of the "add on" carpentry work I had done was a bit on the high side. Not too bad though, especially as the quality of the work was outstanding.
