He was on time, he was professional walking me through the process, pointing out stains he was not certain would come out(they did) and explaining everything. Then he brought in his hoses and went to work. Everything came out great!

A Very Good Cleaning returned my initial call promptly and we discussed an estimate. We scheduled an appointment and he verified he had the correct name/telephone/address. When he arrived, he took an initial tour to insure the rooms to be cleaned and then started to work. He finished and as he put the equipment away I surveyed the rooms. They were clean and neat. I will contact them the next time I need the carpets cleaned I will give them an A in customer service.

It started off rough as they misplaced the appointment and did not arrive as expected. My wife was able to contact the vendor and they were very responsive in arriving to perform the work. It took a bit longer than planned but the finished quality was very good and they covered difficult to clean spots more than once to ensure quality. They also offered a discount due to the inconvenience of the scheduling mishap, which was very much appreciated. We found them professional and will likely use the services again.

Our upstairs carpets were in dire need of cleaning especially with four kids, one dog and two cats. We had some serious pet stains (gross!!!), high traffic areas and in general yuckiness of our off-white Berber carpets. A Very Good Cleaning Company was terrific from the first call to giving us the heads up he may be a few minutes late because of a snow storm, and also considerate in dropping the hose out of the window rather than keep the front door open and dragging the hose up he stairs. Best of all though he brought the carpets back to their former glory, removed pet stains and did a much better job than any other carpet cleaner we have used before. The difference was clear as he had cleaned up to the guest room carpet, a room we considered the clean room because it is hardly ever used! The hallway carpet was so much cleaner so we needed to have the guess room carpet cleaned as well. We are having the company come back in January to do our area rugs downstairs.

My carpets are clean! Nothing short of a miracle as we have a large dog, four cats, two young children and 25 year old off white carpets. I've used other carpet cleaning companies in the past and have always been disappointed, and thought that it was just the age and wear of the carpets that made them unable to look clean. But Mark came in and quickly made them look fantastic! Other companies have also had difficulty getting their equipment to reach down the wallway from our parking lot and all the way inside all areas of our 4 story townhome, but Mark had no problems. Our neighbor has the same old carpets in her townhouse and thought we had ours replaced they looked so good, and our (occasional) housekeeper said it was the best transformation she's ever seen. Mark responded quickly to my first voicemail inquiring about service, answered all of my questions and was always courteous, professional, and friendly. He treated my home, my pets, and my children respectfully, and even arrived exactly on time. We had no problems with the cleaning products he used, even though we have detergent/fragrance sensitivies and asthma in our family. I will definitely use this company again.

Mark was punctual, professional and thorough.For each room he moved all furniture to the outside of the room, cleaned the inner rug areas, then moved the furniture to the middle and cleaned the outer part of the rug. Then he put everything back in its place. He explained how long the rugs would take to dry, which was different as some rugs were loop Berber and others cut pile (which take longer). My rugs and upholstery haven't looked this good since they were installed10 years ago.Mark gets my unreserved recommendation. We would definitely use him again.

Based on Angie's List reviews, I called A Very Good Cleaning Co for service. Was able to get an appointment time that worked best for me, they arrived on time and cleaned the carpets better than I thought possible. Price was fair and honest up front. Will use A Very Good Cleaning Co again!

A Very Good Cleaning Company came to my home to clean some carpeted rooms, stairs and stairway landings that had not been shampooed in a VERY long while. From the moment I first called and spoke with the owner, Mark, the service was impeccable. Mark himself came to do this job becuase I explained some of the logistical complications. Including the fact that the carpet in the basement had at one time been flooded so needed special attention. Mark had special training in this area and it showed. The quality of work was great. Mark was patient (very important) when some items had to be moved around as they could not be taken out of the room. He was also cheerful and conversational. I felt he cared about the qualilty of his work and that I was a satisfied customer. I would definitely use A Very Good Cleaning Company again.

Mark was very good at explaining his service right from the first call. He arrived on time and I was amazed at the equipment that he had and how quickly he was able to do the job and with very little notice that he was in the house. Very efficient. The job was excellent. Mark is very personable, the price was right and I would certainly hire him again.

I could not have been happier with the job done on my carpets by Mark! THe family room carpet was very dirty - lots of pasta parties with high schoolers! He was very professional and punctual and was very patient when I had to re-schedule because of family emergencies. I will definitely have him back again - I have more carpets and floors that need to be done!

I called this company very last minute to have 5 rooms of my house's carpets cleaned. Even though I was still getting things off the floors when the company arrived, the owner was very patient and gave me a few hours to complete readying the place. After cleaning bedrooms, hall, stairs, and living room, he took what I thought was an irretrievably stained family room carpet and made it look like new. Couldn't be happier!

We just bought a house in Windham,Nh and saw that the carpeting was very dirty especially in 3 rooms. I had called Mark before the closing on the house to arrange for a cleaning day. He came on time, was very personable, got right to work and worked for four hours. One room he did over three times and it looks great. I would highly recommend him.

We had to re schedule once due to my husband working a double shift and needing to sleep. My fault that he came anyways. I had emailed him and he did not recieve it. Called him again and he was able to come by the very next day. He was going to be 5-10 minutes late and called right away to tell my husband and I. Very professional.

Mark is prompt, courteous and professional. He gave a very good price for the work done and the carpets looked real good after he was finished. He then locked up and checked back with me to see if I was satisfied.

Mark was great!! We had him clean two bedroom carpets. I was not home when he arrived but he was very courteous and polite to my wife. He came right on time as promised and had a positive and friendly attitude through out the time he was here. He also took the time to show my wife at about the 1/2 way point how the cleaning was coming out. He right away informed my wife about the heavy grease stains from over a year ago that were embedded into the carpet, saying that they may not come completely out due to how long the stains have been there. He also said if the carpet wasn't to our satisfaction he would come right out again and clean the carpets for free, which I thought was very professional of him. Needless to say when I got home to see the job completed I was amazed at how much of the heavy grease stains Mark was able to remove. We honestly thought we were going to need to replace the carpet in that room, but thanks to Mark and his great service we were able to save hundreds of dollars on replacement carpets!! Thanks again Mark for the great work! We will definitely recommend you to our friends and family.

Mark, the owner, picks up the phone himself and is nearly always available to take your call. He actually came out on a Friday night after we closed on our home to make sure the carpets would be dry by the time we got there the next day with the truck! Couldn't believe the level of service. I'm very happy with the carpets, too! I completely, 100% recommend him to anyone in the Atkinson/Hampstead/Salem/Plaistow area.
