. Having received my large deposit, they then took weeks to do the task. Apparently the brother over-promised and is not working for the company's owner any more. The owner was very apologetic and did throw in a small item for free.

He showed up as promised, cleaned and treated all carpets. All is good now.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. The work turned out well. The gentleman, Mark, charged me twice and he is supposed to be sending me back the reimbursement for it. I haven't gotten it yet and it has been a couple of weeks. I have to call and see if he is going to send it back. I went above the Big Deal by $60 because he ended up doing some additional cleaning while he was here. He charged me $210 on top of the $150 that I already paid. Other than the billing it was a great experience. Mark was very prompt in responding and coming to the house. He has actually been back once since then to treat some pet stains I had from a tenant. He was great and other than the billing issue, it was a great experience.

Mark said the job would take about an hour and a half, which was accurate. He successfully removed all the coffee stains in the grey burber carpet (some very old) and also removed many pet stains. Upon his completing the job, the carpets looked new again! He did an excellent job, was polite, friendly, on time and finished within the time frame he quoted. Overall it was a very good experience and I'd reccomend him.

OK, so I was gonna rent a carpet cleaner and do it myself the weekend before my move, but that didn't work out. So on Sunday evening, I went on Angie's list and found Mark's cleaning service. My move was that Weds and I thought there's no way I'm gonna get my carpets cleaned before I move. Mark called me right away (Sunday night!) and was extremely friendly and helpful. He asked me when my move was, I said Weds, he said he'd come over Tues at noon so that my carpets would be dry when I move in. OMG!! And he did just that. I couldn't be at the house, so I left the back door open. He texted me when he came in, gave me an update during the cleaning and locked up and texted me when he left. He did a great job and was extremely professional and friendly!! This is a top-notch service, I'd highly recommend Mark to anyone and everyone!!

Mark was very nice and knowledgeable. He cleaned the carpets quickly and they smelled good afterward. They weren't strongly perfumed but just pleasant, which was great for us (we don't like overpowering perfumes).

A Very Good Cleaning Co. did very good. This was my first time using them. He was a great guy who really worked hard, making sure the carpets were clean.

Mark, the owner, was very responsive and cooperative. I liked the fact that he owned the company and provided services directly. I shy away from franchise companies as the work typically isn't as good and more expensive. He was actually able to take most of the stain from an orange sharpie out of a light carpet which was a casualty of rambunctious dog. I was very pleased.

the appointment was made without great delay. The technician who arrived was not aware that this was an Angie's List deal. He seemed very disappointed and try to get us to add to our original work order. He was never rude or unpleasant but he could have better disguised his displeasure with the fact that he wasn't going to be getting any more money out of us. That said, he did a wonderful job cleaning the carpets. The entire house smelled so clean when he left!

Mark arrived on time evaluated the carpets to be cleaned and got straight to work. There were a few stains on the carpets and as this is a newly purchased home I had no idea what had caused the stains. All stains were removed and the carpets look like new. Mark was super efficient and got the job done in just 90 mins. My Wife arrived sometime after and was amazed at how the carpets looked. We will definitely use A Very Good Cleaning Company in the future.

Mark was polite, personable and professional. I called him because of his good reviews on Angie's List after I had a bad experience with another cleaner who did not show up for an appointment offered through Living Social. Mark came the day after I contacted him as arranged. He called to tell me when he was coming, arrived and did the work quickly and thoroughly, aware that I had another appointment that I had to keep later in the day. The carpets and rugs look and smell great. He honors his commitments and stands behind his work. I would definitely recommend this company and would use them again.

Mr. A is a very nice gentleman who deep cleaned our rugs before we moved into our new home. We had called him prior to closing on the home. He explained all of his services very well and was courteous on the telephone. He fit us in just a day or so after the close and did an excellent job cleaning all the rugs in the home. He also has a machine attached to his truck which he can use to clean the hot air vents in a house and did this for us too. He was also very kind to and careful of our little children who came to see the work. The house smells a whole lot better after his work. We are so pleased that he is dedicated to using environmentally friendly cleaning products that don't affect those with allergies and asthma. His products did not affect our breathing at all like some other products used by us in the past have. We would definately call him again. Great service at a great price!

Mark is the best. He's such a nice guy! He has always responded to phone calls promptly, been punctual and very clean. He is very professional and did a great job cleaning all the areas that he quoted to do. He tried hard to get some of the stains out from the grout and they mostly came off. The grout was originally almond colored (as we saw after he was done cleaning). The transformation was amazing. The sellers we bought the house from had the grout looking completely black and that's what we thought the color was! I am so glad we got Mark to clean our floors before bringing our belongings into a house with floors that were possibly not cleaned since it was built seven years ago! Mark's website does not say that he does duct cleaning and hardwood floors as well, but he does. I'm seriously thinking of hiring him for our duct work as well. He's amazing!

Did an excellent job - took out stains in a white bedroom carpet with multiple pet stains that I thought would need to be replaced - now looks almost brand new.

Mark was great to deal with from initial contact to work completion. He is good at keeping in contact regarding the upcoming service. Mark cleaned the carpets in a house we just purchased. He was able to do the work on the day we closed on the house. After a few hours of work the job was done and the carpets cleaned! Mark also does not charge extra for doing stairs. I will be using him again in the near future for my rental property! Mark is also a Military Veteran and from one Vet to another I go out of my way to support Veteran owned business!

I asked Facebook friends for recommendations and also checked Angie's List. Chose Mark because of his Angie's List recommendations and scores. Had to be 20 minutes late, but he called well in advance to notify me. He paid particular attention to some spots that were pointed out to him. Explained everything beforehand, and also when he was finished. He was very unobtrusive and professional. It was a great experience. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone.
